He won't for long. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if the doctor ends up having to cut off a big portion of this dude's "vagina" so the infection doesn't spread and kill him. He'll be pretty pissed when he finds that out since he's deluded enough to think that it's just a normal vagina problem and not a major one.

It's not even a vagina at all. It's a stink ditch problem.

It's so fucking hilarious that these idiots think their multilated dick problems are issues actual women can experience. They even believe that stuff that helps actual women helps them too.

Gross discharge in various colors and textures? Totally normal.

The stench of rotting flesh? Just eat more vegetables!

Can't get the dilation rod in anymore? Don't worry older "cis" women also need to dilate!1 (yes, that's another bogus troon idea)

Your downstairs looks like an eldritch abomination? Every vag is different!1

The need to uphold their gender fantasies is greater than even their own health.

It's pretty common to name children after your grandparents that you are close to.
My middle name is my grandfather's name. My brother is named after the man that my mother lived with and was converted by when she came to the US from eastern Europe, and we called him and his wife grandma and grandpa. Still do, and RIP grandpa.

They are absolutely delusional. They actually believe they have a functional vagina that acts exactly like it does on a female. One talk about having "menses" for a month after SRS, many of them talk about Ph balances and taking probiotics to treat imaginary bacterial vaginosis. No you are just bleeding from having a hole carved in your taint and the hole stinks because it leaks ass juice. I will not be surprised if one of them starts calling a lump of scar tissue in the back of the stink ditch a cervix.

But, why don't they smell the rotting wound they call a vagina??

True, but naming your son the same as your "former" brother makes me think there's more to it in this particular context.

Women: humanity's bloodhounds :story:

How can you differentiate between being romantically attracted to a girl and wanting to wear her skin as a suit?

After coming out as "gay", I dated and had sex with a woman for 3+ years simply because I wanted to be close to her femininity. Eww... I realized what I was doing and ended the relationship. Unfortunately, I think this happens to a lot of us. I'm not even slightly attracted to women. I laugh about it now, but we do stupid stuff when we are exploring our gender identity.
Equal parts :story: and :stress:

Seems like this should be fairly straight forward. When you are attracted to someone romantically you care about them, you want the best for them, you are sexually attracted to them and want to feel a connection with them. When you want to be another person - I - it's not really possible. I guess you admire them and try to emulate them?
So close to a breakthrough (you can't change into a woman)

Am not attracted to the women I want to emulate, although in any case its more just liking aspects of their style like their hair colour or an item of clothing than anything else.
Even if I see a woman who I think I wish I was you, I find attraction gets less superficial the older I get so its easier splitting those I want to look like or copy aspects of their style with those I am attracted to. I have to get to know women before I am attracted to them these days, rather than ending up with the ones who are vacuous but attractive. The women I am attracted to generally are very different from the type of woman I am aiming to be or would want to be in terms of looks so makes it a whole lot easier.
UGH ATTRACTIVE WOMEN ARE VAPID AND I WOULD NOT HAVE SEX WITH THEM

I think there are at least four distinct feelings: wanting to be her; being romantically attracted to her; being sexually attracted her; and just wanting to be her friend. While different, I don't think they are completely separate or mutually exclusive. It's natural for things to be muddled sometimes. We all want to be sexy and lovable. It's natural that we might want to take after women whom we find attractive. As long as you don't let admiration and inspiration turn into toxic jealousy, it doesn't mean you have to rule out a romantic relationship. And as long as you don't let your whole self-image and self-worth become sexualised, being romantically attracted to a woman doesn't mean you're wrong for wanting to be like her.

On the other hand, with time you might come to understand your own femininity better and you might come to understand your type. For example, I wish to emulate the most feminine women in my life but the women I have crushes on tend to be more masculine. Recently, I had a major crush on a girl with whom I had very little in common. Personality, looks, style, interests, mannerisms - it was an opposites attract situation. Whereas the girls I want to emulate usually inspire me because I can relate to them or because I can compare myself to them. Perhaps because we look similar or because we have the same interests.

Also, with romantic attraction, I can't stop thinking about a person. Other types of attraction tend to occupy fewer of my thoughts when the other person isn't around. I want to emulate specific aspects of multiple women. I might wish I had someone's face or body. I might wish I had her mannerisms, her personality, her confidence, her skills, talents, her style. But I don't obsess endlessly over one specific person. I might want to take after a woman but I don't literally want to become her. I'm my own unique person. Whereas if I'm romantically attracted to someone, they are all I can think about. That's a major difference for me. I guess that might not work if you're poly?

Sorry I don't have any simple answer. I hope this helps at least a little.

Perhaps the docs don't want to touch his putrid axewound because they know it would be a waste of time and secretely hope the delusional madman will just die. One less crazy haunting the corridors of the hospital with his self-harm fetish.

It's your dead name. It's normal to name babies after dead people.

He wastes 3+ years of a woman's life, tying her down despite not being remotely attracted to her to feed his vanity, and laughs about it. She was just a stupid mistake!

If that really does happen to "a lot" of them, it might help explain why troons were shrieking boycott over the game Catherine. The plot is that men (incl. troons) are being punished and killed for wasting their partner's time by cheating, not committing, or being infertile, unbeknownst to the person they're with. "These men are taking someone else's future for their own selfish and immature reasons."

"I wish to emulate the most feminine women in my life but the women I have crushes on tend to be more masculine."

Oh but of course if this were reversed and a lesbian wasn't attracted to him because of his masculinity, that would be transphobic right?

Aka. he wants to be a vacuous hot teen slut. And expects a highly intelligent and sophisticated lesbian to suck his dick. Got it.

Are they aware that real women in their peak of youth do NOT have perfect skin and actually do have body hair? That's why real women have to shave their legs and get a bikini wax. Where are they getting these crazy troon notions about the magic of estrogen?

Menopausal women often get estrogen shots. If these transwomen didn't get shots they'd be in the same boat. No, scratch that, they'd be left behind at the pier. Older women still look like women. The best they can hope for is being mistaken for a very ugly old woman and ignored.

I think most of the misunderstandings about estrogen comes from the fact the majority of reddit trannies aren't actually on HRT. I know a few trannies who literally lie about taking HRT because it earns them points. Particularly the trannies who post in porn subs like traps and sisses.

I bring this up, because in the context of an echo chamber, this is basically what happens: Someone who is on HRT or pretending to be on HRT makes a post about a supposed benefit of HRT. So, just as an example, one recent case I've been tracking involves a reddit tranny claiming her hairline is coming back. Before you know it, the thread is filled with so called "eggs" (trannies with enough common sense to know transition is generally stupid, who frequent trans spaces. They either burn out and ghost, [hopefully returning to normalcy, or as close to it as they can manage] or drink the HRT-aide) circlejerking about how excited they are for HRT. Sometimes a tranny will show up and tell the other trannies to check their expectations, but it's usually ignored. So before you know it, the groupthink on reddit is "HRT grows ur hair back!!!"

Another example, that's so full of fuck I don't even know where to start, is the idea that HRT gives you PMS. Some trannies would post about things like morning sickness or headaches, stomach cramping and whatnot. Suddenly trannies are linking articles about trans people going to the hospital for PMS symptoms (?!) - Which is crazy when you consider what's actually is happening is likely far worse. Sounds to me like this poor kid should not be taking estrogen if it makes them so sick, yet the hugbox shows up and assures them "alls good"

This got kind of rambly, but that's in essense how all the misinformation about the effects of HRT spread on reddit. TL;DR they will justify negative symptoms of HRT as "validating" and positive things, which then spreads and mutates; Next thing you know trannies are claiming HRT will make you shorter, or grow your hair back, or give you periods, or this, or that, whatever bullshit they have to come up with to pretend estrogen is some miracle drug that will solve your problems.

I don't think that's accurate. When my mother began menopause she had severe mood swings/heart palpitations and our family doctor strongly advised against replacement therapy because the increased risks that come with replacement therapy. Just quickly googling will get you; Complications of therapy include endometrial cancer, breast cancer, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and gallbladder disease.

Estrogen therapy in menopausal women isn't common at all from what I understand because the risks often far outweigh the possible gains. In about 20 years all these troons who are pumping themselves full of synthetic hormones are very like to be very sick with cancer, among other diseases, girl dick smell ain't gonna be the gr8st thing ever anymore when they're wasting away from aggressive cancers they induced.

Women can also go bald. It's called androgenic alopecia, female pattern baldness, and can often be triggered just by the natural levels of testosterone women have or in some really shitty cases it can be triggered by using the pill with too high an androgen level. It really depends on your genetics. Something like 40% of women experience hair loss in their lifetime, which is why so many older women have a very particular haircut to hide it as much as possible. Do you know what isn't a treatment for androgenic alopecia in women? estrogen injections. The few drugs available are over the counter minoxidil and a testosterone blocker like spironolactone (Aldactone) the latter anti-androgens are not recommended usually as they can induce other health problems. Women losing their hair is an incredibly destructive thing to them usually, it cripples the self esteem, so this idea that HRT is 'growing back hair' is not correct or at the very least is a skewed view as if that was the case women would be using it/research would be done for safer variations to reduce risk. It'll probably halt it and save what is there, maybe get a little back, but the possible future medical complications will far outweigh not going completely bald as fast as they normally would.

Not like most of them take care of their hair anyway.

susans.org actually has a lot of older men posting on their forums who decide to troon out.

Some of them do pass extraordinarily well as older women. Others look like burned-out hair metal vocalists from the 80s who flipped out and decided to wear dresses in their golden years.

You know what it comes down to? Height. Older women often lose quite a few inches of height due to osteoporosis contributing to spinal curvature. Women are shorter than the average man to begin with and then the height difference becomes even more pronounced after menopause. You don't see too many six-foot tall women walking around nursing homes, do you?

Now, transwomen? You won't go through menopause and you already have a male skeleton. You're gonna be a fucking Amazonian grandma at 70.

I was going by the Mayo Clinic's entry on menopause. Estrogen therapy is listed as the top 2 treatments: "Estrogen therapy is the most effective treatment option ... You and your doctor will discuss the benefits and risks of hormone therapy and whether it's a safe choice for you."

Trannies are pumping themselves full of drugs meant for menopausal women, and pumping kids full of drugs meant for women with endometriosis (6 months of treatment) and men with prostate cancer (1 week of treatment), giving it to kids for YEARS. That drug literally has the warning on it to keep out of the reach of children. They're taking drugs off-label, for unapproved lengths of time, with zero safety and effectiveness studies backing their use. Then they wonder why their body is falling apart and ask reddit to diagnose them.
