Calling it now: this ends in an undisclosed settlement.

Mostly yes. Though I think the disclosed part would be them taking him back in.

I'm not looking for Vic to get rich off this, and I don't think he wants to either. I just thinks he wants his career back.

Unlike Hellsing920? He died of fatness while Eli Stone is still alive. Can you imagine he dies the same way his Cartoon Hero character dies in his internet series? That would be irony. But given Eli Stone is smarter than Hellsing? He probably will keep his health in check.

Eli is a complete dumbass. He has been supporting Marzgurl from the beginning and allowing most of the kick vic bullshit to keep going. The sole reason why people aren't coming after him is his irrelevancy to the subject.

I don't have anything witty to say here. The stupid is contagious.

On top of that, as long as he get his reputation back too (in the form of very public retractions and apologies) I honestly think Vic wouldn't want them financially ruined, either. My impressions of him from the time I met him at cons is he's not vindictive.

As of now ~3500 people have donated to VicKicksBack. 10 times that is 35k. If everyone even donated one dollar, they'd be at an easy $35k. But they couldn't even break $5k last I checked.

These morons still think that every rando on Twitter is gonna get to testify about their fantasy if Vic sues select defendants.

I'm honestly done laughing at them and pointing out where they're wrong. It's gotten old. They're in a logic loop. It's sad.

I'm anxiously waiting on laughing them when litigation drops.
...This tells me that in spite of Vic announcing that he's getting counsel, that counsel telling Soye that they will "be in touch" and Nick telling them to get ready and get a lawyer, none of them have done so, or if they have, they haven't listened to them...

Shane has said they lawyered up, Monica keeps mentioning her legal team.
I'm not sure if any lawyer or legal team would greenlight this though.

He might need to cut that out. These people wanted his balls and fucked with his career, and he can't let his religion nor his persona keep him from showing no mercy.

Doubt it. Firstly, she said herself if it's "over", which it isn't because it's clear that Vic is engaging in legal matters against this.

Secondly, no lawyer would let Monica, and especially her soyfriend Ron, talk and divulge all the stuff they did last month and act this way.

Thirdly, not once did they mention anything about when the investigation until Funimation announced it, despite Ron saying that Funimation fired Vic before the social media stir happened. It's very suspect.

Lastly, her 25+ women legal team only assumes that Funimation/Sony is by her side. There's no way she, or even the other women involved, could fund that and at the same time live their lives decently, nevermind the fact that all those women can't all appear at the same time in one court hearing, I believe, assuming that some of them even show up.

10 times the fans supporting them?

Really Shane? Is this like the 4 conventions you run, and the 9 gorillion of Vic's accusers?

They wouldn't. Look at Vic and Todd. Todd is posting about video games and shit. Vic isn't posting at all. And we KNOW they have a lawyer. It's the same one.

Sadly you are right. But he does the same bullshit as the other bigger folks. He just needs to be called out by real heroes who can tell him to knock it off and get a real job. It's sad not many of the famous Trolls know he exists. I mean Wings of REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEdeemson would have been unknown had his bullshit not ruined his career and become a meme. As much as I am wrong on this? His life will never get YouTube Poops or get make fun of given his YouTube viewers are as small than my channel views but at least I never made money off them. Plus, even if good trolls go after him and make fun of him? They had to watch his older videos to understand who he is not like what he's doing now. Like a How to Re: Edit The Cartoon Hero, done right.

But who would waste all of their time making fun and better troll videos on him than folks who don't know he exists? Oh, well?

They could also be really shitty lawyers, since they're so convinced that they're backed up by ''dozens of people willing to testify''.

As I recall, Jim took every oppertunity to talk about the suit before, durring, and after it.

Same as Vic/Beard, he was advised not to talk specifics. But I'd be surprised if his pre/durring/after videos weren't still on his channel.
Jim Sterling has more sense than all these voice actors combined...fucking amazing.

A time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace. Ecclesiastes 3:8.

I dunno much about Christian stuff, but does being a fiance make it worse if you are cheating?

It's subjective at best. Most Christians believe that marriage is a oath between you, your spouse, and God. That being said, some take being engaged as marriage light, since you're planning everything to make that oath. Some are under the belief that if there's no vow, then it's ok to plow.

Either way cheating on a fiance isn't great, but it's not worth losing a job.

This 100k goal? The only thing it is going do is confuse or disgust them. "Gawd, don't they know there are real people that could use that money?" or "OH MY GAWD, how many Nazis that support Rapists are there out there?!" Haven't seen any such tweets, although the "nope, done talking about this" tweet by one of them was this effect. Maybe Pretty Downs Syndrome Liars or ResetERA will have that kind of spergout.

Somehow, that this 100K is purchasing a giant shithammer that is about to come down on their heads doesn't occur to them.

Sterling was facing an utter garbage of a lawsuit that was filed by somebody pro se though.

He was never seriously under any threat. He would have had to have tried REALLY HARD to lose that case. I think he could have called the Romine brothers stupid faggots every single day, and still have won.

With Jamie and Soy Toye, the situation is very different.
