Toei can't veto the TFS members if they are working as pro voice-actors.Chris Guerrero has always voiced Moria in One Piece and Toei never complained.They were probably just butt hurt over the Abridged references and popularity in that one occasion

the dub is produced by Crunchyroll and done by Bang Zoom.Vic still works at Bang Zoom,and Viz is still allowing him to voice Rohan in Jojo but we don't know if CR still wants him in their dubs(I guess we will find out when they dub Bungo Stray Dogs season 3...)

They've deleted videos. Deleting videos removes the views for those videos.

Check the "Daily Views" chart:

Every big negative spike in the graph corresponds to them deleting one or more videos that had millions of views. That's why their views fell so much.

TUG just pointed out on his livestream that Funimation lost about 12 millions views on February 21. That's a huge drop. Could be unrelated, but something to possibly look into. TUG thinks they dumped FMA videos, but I still see the original series on there and I don't remember if Brotherhood was on it since I've haven't checked that channel in years.

Funimation deleted videos on their channel, which caused their monthly views to go into the negatives on Social Blade. The videos they deleted were probably some anime series they no longer had the rights to. There are similar dips throughout their channel's history, where they lost upwards of 20 million views in a single day, so this is nothing new.
