The snowflakes right now are claiming that Nick doxed Landau. LOL.

Broadcasting someone's business address and phone number, the same info you'd find in a telephone book or his firm's web site, is doxing now. Wow, this one's a winner.
This makes me wonder. People have memed at Nick about learning/practicing tree law. I wonder if there's a legitimate branch of law that deals with soy and soy industry, thus Soy Law.
I see what you did there. But a bit of searching shows that there is a broader topic of agricultural law which soybean farming operations would presumably fall under.

Minnesota, where Nick practices, actually has a law where if you trespass to cut down a tree without the owner's permission, you get slammed with triple damages, meaning you have to pay for the cost of replacing the tree, and if it's something like a 150 year old mature oak, that could be ridiculous, including the costs of transporting it and planting it, and then pay twice that in cash on top of that.

If you could get a case like that, it would be well worth it.

That was mentioned on one of Nick's streams. Tree law sounds like a good deal in Minnesota if you could somehow get in on that racket.

Fujoshits themselves are disgusting and creepy and not arbiters of anyone else's creepiness.
There's a very good reason why you get to beat one up and strip her into humiliation in Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed. Funnily enough it starts out as a friend getting her interested in yaoi and she couldn't control herself, so said friend asks the player to make an example of her and hopefully knock her back into some form of sanity. She acts very creepy and continues it even after you beat her, but you tried.
BTW, Nick is on Twitch now, and he's claiming that KickVic people trashed Con-munity's plasma TVs (in the gaming room) that were setup before the con started.
Huge if true, but Nick knows a thing or two about making claims unlike the alleged who destroyed a bunch of TVs in a fit of rage to continue their oppression of gamers for not getting their way.

I've heard the explanation two or three times on stream. Just musing if Ron Toye could become a Soy Law expert since he already seems to well versed on the subject.

Just skipped over 40 pages after being innactive for a few days. Tried skimming through to catch up, only managed to get through 10 pages. And those pages were from FRIDAY.

This is probably the toughest threads for me to keep up with so regularly.
The ride never ends.

I know. I was autistically ranting at people who aren't here.

I mean what did you guys expect from a Cosplay Thot?:

No wonder why Minnesota has so many trees.

Every soy lawyer would dream of facing an expert like Ron in court.

People get weird when it comes to doxing, and there's no agreed upon standard as to what it is and where the ethical line is. That was a major sticking point in the Kraut saga. People were trying to focus really hard on Kraut's doxing, and it distracted from the real matter of him running gay ops.

Obviously the Farms openly encourages doxing. @Null redacted his posting of Melinda's complaint only because Nick asked him too.

I'd personally draw the line at shit like social security numbers and bank accounts, and I haven't encountered too many people who would disagree (except maybe Zoom, but fuck Zoom).

And to think, there was a point where I once didn't understand the hatred of thottery.

Question who was the person that started #Istandiwithvic?

Good question. I dunno. It was mentioned pretty early-on in one of the first ANN articles.

Nick essentially started #VicKicksBack with the GFM.

I gotta love it when people keep saying "zomg, you can't have my private tweets."

Relevent sections of the Terms of Service these retards skipped and clicked agree to:

By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). This license authorizes us to make your Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for Twitter to provide, promote, and improve the Services and to make Content submitted to or through the Services available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion or publication of such Content on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such Content use. Such additional uses by Twitter, or other companies, organizations or individuals, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Services.

Even under the privacy policy it reinforces this fact

Twitter is public and Tweets are immediately viewable and searchable by anyone around the world. We give you non-public ways to communicate on Twitter too, through protected Tweets and Direct Messages. You can also use Twitter under a pseudonym if you prefer not to use your name.

And if that's not enough, Twitter's Limitation of Liability, section II:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TWITTER ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM.....

(ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES;

TLDR is - Twitter is basically always public and anyone can do whatever the fuck they like with any tweets your dumb ass makes. These can be requested by law people and Twitter won't do jack and shit to stop them.

Oh No! Twitter has found Rekieta's 'tell'
View attachment 691240
What the actual fuck do they think they "discovered" in that.

It's more Phoenix Wright bullshit

When Justice focuses, he is able to watch the witness very closely and in slow motion as he or she goes through the statement or statements in question. Once the tell is found, the player can press the "Perceive" button that is located where the bracelet icon was (or press "X" twice), causing Justice to yell, "Gotcha!" From there, Justice must deduce the meaning of the habit, based on its nature and the specific part in the testimony in which the habit occurred, by presenting a piece of evidence from the court record.
