Note almost the total lack of concern around sensation here. It's like someone said, the conversation is all around "Do I pass? Do I pass?"
Perhaps even among some adult post-ops MTF, the unspoken norm is to become post-PIV intercourse. Among pre-op and especially "pre-everything" transwomen, there appears to be a lot of libido redirected to kink and paraphilias. Maybe some see blockers/cross sex hormones/surgery as a way to free them from that, while others see social transition as a license to freely indulge.
Probably more who truly and honestly feel they're in the wrong body feel the imperative to remove their genitals. They're not obsessed with pronouns or presentation or passing, and most of them are against child transitions.
