I'm going with no because it seems like a person who could have orgasms wouldn't turn into deathfat, which would seem to hide the clitoris under so much lard that it could no longer be reached. She's also diabetic. I've never really asked about this one -any where- and I'm not sure I want to find out. We do know obesity and diabetes can and does kill sex drives. So can she even achieve arousal?

Becoming so fat that you can’t reach your own genitals without assistance is just nature’s way of telling you that you shouldn’t have sex. Just reaching her privates would be a feat, but she's also got all that fat acting as part of the endocrine system, releasing all those extra hormones that typically aren't great for sex drive. And I'd be surprised if the bloodflow to her privates is strong enough to reach climax. She's really got a lot working against her here.

Also, I wonder if having her fat rolls pulled up is painful for her. And I wonder if it makes her feel vulnerable and exposed. I imagine there's infections and rashes littered all over underneath those dainty folds; I can't imagine them being exposed to the elements (even if it's just the air and light from her room) feels wonderful.
