I don't think the LARP is for himself, it's for the viewers. No matter how you look at it, being a conservative or a MAGAcuck just isn't cool. If Dave Rubin, Sargon or Tim Pool manage to convince their audience they're classic liberals/leftists, they will make their conservative demografic feel the same ("I'm not a shitty conservative, I'M A CLASSIC LIBERAL!! I watch people like Tim Pool and Dave Rubin!""), they'll in turn feel better because liberals are more socially accepted, on the internet and in big cities anyway. So this way they attract conservatives who feel somewhat socially ostracized.

His content is also full of shit, his pinned tweet says something like "My goal is to reduce the division and make sure we can all live together peacefully" but his videos and statements are all just taking a side in the "culture war" even if he uses 10 000 words to make it sound like he isn't. That's not how you suppress division Tim.

He knows his audience and what brings in the views. On one of his livestreams, he mentioned that he knew of a leftist who pretended to be on the right because it was a good business model for them.

For anyone who doesn't know, Reactor is Tim Pool's brother. He also makes fake news, so that's probably not a good look for Tim.

I don't know about you guys, but I don't think his receding hairline is actually that bad. If he went out without his hat I don't think anyone would make fun of it unless they were really immature and had no other arguments. If anything, his vain attempts at hiding his baldness are funnier than the baldness itself. Hell he could just shave the whole thing and leave his beard and he would look pretty good.

I always liked Tim Pool's stuff. At this moment, having read the thread, I'm not so sure any more.

That's a very good question. Looking back, I might've just taken him at his word about Centrism and not asked questions because he was confirming my existing biases.

Agreed, going bald isn't that big a deal if you do it gracefully. His refusal to accept it by covering his head with the same silly hat every time while attempting to maintain the same youthful skater aesthetic he's had for all these years says more than the hair loss does. I'd add that putting a couple bucks towards having a barber trim the beard into something neater, that fits his face better than the current scraggly-cheeks look would do wonders.
