So 4 video's into the Sonic Adventure 2 playthrough and while granted Arin isn't doing a too terrible job yet save for bitching about how the Ring Dash shoes don't work after he failed to grab the mandatory upgrade for it twice and not thinking to dig right on the spot when a red "!' symbol lights up indicating the objective is buried right there, the fact that Dan remarks how Arin was able to 100% this and Arin going 'I didn't have a whole lot going' reminds me all too much of his Majora's Mask claim where he boasted he got the Fierce Deity Mask yet clearly forgets basic stuff anyone would remember.

It's also kind of really cringing to hear them constantly make these cock jokes between 2 hedgehogs (Guess Mark really was on-point regarding them taking one joke and running it into the ground) and topping off so far with Dan reading a sexual fanfiction in part 4 to get some form of commentary in.

sigh Really hoping it picks up around the later ARK stages and that maybe someone will make a TIHYDP out of this eventually.

I just don't get why they'd encourage the behavior if it bothers Dan so much, though (didn't they learn anything from the Ross incident?). The sheer lack of respect from a fanbase that claims to love these guys so much is incredibly disappointing; which is only made that much worse when the Grumps encourage that craptacular behavior.

Yes it does, and yes he does. Reminder that the Grubba voice also annoyed the piss out of everyone for episodes on end, but people including Dan just assumed the position because Arin "The Path of Least Resistance" Hanson wants to make the funny joke for the hahas because pissing people off for episodes on end is hilarious.

Not even joking about that either: I've never seen a fanbase so hyper-obsessed with one thing so much that they'd be willing to have other people die for the sake of never admitting that their idols aren't perfect human beings, even if it's something they only have vague involvement in.

Going off topic for a moment - but that child murder joke ticked me off for a number of reasons: first being the obvious (making a joke at the expense of a murdered child is inexcusable), second being that the intern said they shared it because the fans wanted to see it after Dan mentioned the lock screen during a stream (almost felt like they were placing part of the blame on Dan for piquing fan interest by merely mentioning its existence and that alone meant they were obligated to share the 'inside joke' with the fans) and then said intern only saying it was in bad taste after the severe negative backlash they got after posting said lock screen on the Grumps social media accounts (when Arin's own mother voices her disapproval over such a 'joke', you know you done f*cked up).

I mean - did they (they as a whole. not just the intern - because the intern does not get final say on what is shared with the fanbase) think that their target audience were too young not to know who Jon Benet Ramsey was, or - if they didn't know who the poor girl was - were too stupid to look up the name/ask who she was out of curiosity?

It was just a really, really dark moment for the Grumps - especially when said intern posted an apology that didn't make any sense as to their reasons why they did what they did.

It would seem their live shows are being completely done away with for now while they rework the format.

Not exactly a shocker to see this going away given how the concept focused less on the Grumps and more on audience interaction, but it does not give me confidence for Real Good Touring's other endeavors (e.g. The Runaway Guys Live!) if they apparently had trouble making RGT's parent brand's tour work long-term.

To give a background a bit she could actually have her own thread potentially. She is a cosplay cow who spergs out about Trump and obsesses over PC culture. Which on it's own is not uncommon but there are other things.

One time she was on a video with Ross and some others and they were joking around saying "that's gay" and she was saying "What's wrong with being gay" and taking their joke literally. She's done this a few times I recall.

She also yelled at her fans for calling her a mother of the Game Grumps. Ignoring people call her that often because she acts caring and helpful to her friends, she spurts out "It's extremely sexist". She's had white supremacy rants on Twitter that I actually posted a rant on RantGrumps and she actually replied to me.

I was trying not to stir up crap any further and was kind of impressed I actually got responded to. I am just surprised my dumb rant generated so much salt that she actually came and replied. Take it as you will.

Bonus: Don't quote me on this, I haven't kept up with her lately but she seems to act like she's some occultist witch know. So my friend has told me.

To top it all off Holly is good friends with gold digger cosplay cow Sheena Oum.

Tbh I think Ross might secretly be a bit relieved. Holly seemed more of the man of the house than he was. As much as I love Ross he's a huge beta.

I know there are other things she has done I just can't remember at the moment.

I don't know much about Holly; she laregly stayed out of the Grumps spotlight, so I have no real opinion about her - but, as far as getting mad at being called the Grumps mother, I can understand her getting pissed over such a nickname; not for the fact that it's sexist, but because it's a really stupid nickname to be giving someone who's only association with the Grumps was being married to one of their friends.

On a side note - what is with Grumps fans wanting to give nicknames to the women in the Grumps lives? I think the only one who managed to avoid a nickname was Rachel (Ninja Brian's wife) and probably because she largely doesn't engage with the fans.

From what's she's said, her grandfather (Pappy) was using Obamacare/Medicare in order to survive. Reminder that this Tweet in particular was also the day after he'd already been elected, so the initial panic was still setting in. He eventually died a year later so, I actually retract my point of her currently worrying about it. It's probably why she stopped her incessant Trump tweeting.
