I don't know... one package is almost a pound of meat. I don't think it's possible to eat 2 whole packages.
Those are generally one pound each, but she's proven repeatedly that she's capable of eating several pounds in one sitting. She doesn't stop when she's full, she stops when it's gone. I do think that since it had other things in the mix and the potato that it likely was only one package of the sausage, but I certainly wouldn't put it past her to eat two.

Even if it's just one, that's ri-goddamn-diculous.

I'm late as fuck, but I still wanna contribute so here's this, I guess.

I think it looks like two packages of the kind that is linked together in the middle. Her judgment about portion sizes is SO fucked. I remember a ramen mookbang ago, she claimed one "ramen" when it was clearly more like 3.

i didn't really comprehend how much she heaped up that plate until i saw the first minute of the video on a reaction channel. her plate looks like a family size meal for four. there is no way it's 700-something calories or whatever she claimed. if she ate a fourth of that sausage, half the potato, and added some green veg, she'd be doing alright--but nope, that's not how the AL jalopy rolls. she's terrified of feeling any kind of discomfort that might come from eating less, but is willing to endure the physical discomfort of being 600 lbs. the mind boggles.

You all, it also struck me that she mispronounces half of the words in English and yet her “kielbasa” - a pretty tricky Polish word, was impeccable. Kinda like Kevin from The Office, who couldn’t do math unless he was calculating donuts.

I just want to say a big thanks to those who were kind enough to watch the vid and post a summary so those who don't want to watch the freak show or just don't want to give her channel the views can avoid it.

That said I did watch a reaction vid Kicking Geese posted a couple hours ago, and she actually ended her reaction early out of disgust, which is about how I felt about it as well.

The only reasons someone would fear ketosis would be if they had diabetes and/or failing kidneys. There is literally no other reason to be "afraid" of going into ketosis. She's hiding health problems. Amber these laahhs are not protetcting you. It's the opposite, you're only hurting yourself by pretending to be BiGg BUt hEaLthY

I've noticed this with fatties. They cram as much as possible into their cake hole and gulp it down.
Are they scared the food will magically disappear from their plate if it doesn't go down their throats as fast as possible? It's a mystery

I can empathise with the food insecurity, though. Amber's own girlfriend has a history of taking up to and including two tic-tacs at a time when they're offered to her. No wonder Amber has to jealously guard her fuelings.

I'm probably very late, but ketosis isn't bad for anyone with type 2 diabetes, it can actually help. However, if you are on insulin, then it can be very tricky because it can cause the blood sugar to plummet or some shit (honestly, hardly looked into it but that's the gest of it). So for anyone speculating that it could be because she's diabetic.. I don't think that's a valid reason. Unless she's on insulin and hasn't said a word (doubt it).

I think our gorl just likes to be right for her own reasons (aka right in her own bubble head). She KNOWS a true keto diet, if she sticks to it (LOL) would actually work for her. So, she doesn't want to do something that isn't already set to fail from the start. This plan, or any plan she does is MADE. TAILOR MADE to fail. That way she can bitch and moan that she can't find anything that works.

Just today as I was eating an early dinner I thought to myself, "God, how can anyone do mukbangs? I wouldn't want to subject anyone to listening to me chew or watching me making a mess or getting crumbs down my shirt." I don't even like eating in public or around other people because I feel so self-conscious about it.

Then I opened the Amberlynn subforum & saw this. I remain completely appalled.
How. . .how? I can understand pigging out alone where no one can see you, but why would you ever do it in front of an audience? I don't understand.
What’s with th new nose ring??
Jfc she really is trying to look more and more like some farm animal. I can't get over the bullring
Urgh, I really don't like septum piercings as it is but Jesus Christ. Amber is really working double-time to make me want to cringe into a little ball of disgust today.
And finally all the groaning and moaning and telling herself YESSS THIS SO GOOOOD with every bite of that tasteless slop, she really has to convince herself it's good.
I'm convinced that's exactly what she's doing. No one actually enjoys dry hunks of (under)baked potato that much.
Calling bullshit...

The meat is at least an entire Hillshire Farms Turkey Kielbasa Rope(assuming that's the brand but it is definitely the length) stats for that:

  • Cal 630
  • Sodium 2940mg (You really should try to eat less than 2300mg)
  • Carb 21g
The pepper isn't a carb concern but onions contrary to popular belief do have carbs. I'm guessing she has 1/4 of a cup to 1/2 a cup of onion on that plate. So that's another 5 grams or more of carbs?

Up to 26 carbs now and here is where we hit the snag-a-rooni. That potato is a large baked potato. That's 63 grams of carbs or there about.

If she was talking about a medium potato she'd be at 58g total for the meal but that's not a medium baked potato. That is a large if not huge baked potato. So that's 89+ grams of carbs on that amazingly sturdy plate. She's already under counting by more than thirty grams of carbohydrates.

I can't tell if she is lying to herself or just can't judge anymore because her portions have to be enormous in order to provide her a second of satiation though I doubt she can be sated at all after watching her speak longingly about pork rinds as she shovels mounds of turkey and potato in that dumpster like mouth.
Where are the carbs coming from in the kielbasa, though? The casing? The seasoneens? Meatloaf/meatballs I get, simply because there's flour/breadcrumbs in there, but I am genuinely stumped as to how a smoked sausage has any carbohydrates.
