Monica and Jason Douglas are well known.

Sarah Wiedenheft has been getting more roles lately. She's probably best known as Tohru from Dragon Maid.

Daman Mills isn't that well known. He's best known for being the replacement Frieza while Chris Ayres couldn't do any VA work because of his health.

Josh Grelle has quite a few main character roles but nothing on the level where if you say his name people will be "Oh that's Josh Grelle" Well maybe Issei from DxD since he took over that role after the last VA got arrested. Certain fans might know him as the VA for the main character of Yuri on Ice

I'm not talking about just their Dragon Ball work. I'm talking about over all. If you mention their names around other dubbed anime fans there's a high chance that a lot of people will know them.

If we are talking about just within the Dragon Ball scene, I agree. Monica isn't my first pick for favorite Bulma.

I'm not disagreeing with any of that. I love Wendee Lee's work. She's had a very long and successful career. But just because people don't like someone doesn't mean you can just discredit all their past work. The fact is a lot of the KickVic people are still very popular in the anime community rather people like that or not. There's only a small fraction that even know what's going on right now. It's also not about personal opinion. It's about the fandom as a whole and who the normies like the most.

I'll just use Monica as an example. She's voiced a lot of major roles too. Plus if we are going by rankings then Monica is the 10th most popular VA of all time according to BehindTheVoiceActors.

Also if you are talking about Haruhi I haven't seen anyone call that the best anime in a long time. It's also been a long time since I've seen it at the top of any ranking.

Most normies have not been following this too closely. Hell not even i09 and ANN who started this mess have been following it closely and I would be shocked if any of these uninvolved VAs spend much time watching youtube videos like rekeita.

In the dozens and dozens of tweets from the #KickVic side, have any of his former coworkers recounted a single instance in which they pulled him aside to talk to him about their grievances with him? I ask because that seems to be a common trait with these sorts of people. The concept of conflict resolution seems almost foreign to them.
