I shouldn't be surprised since these are the people who believe in piggyback rape but it's hilarious that Soye is trying to twist this into something dirty. They really think any human touch is bad.

So I made this account just to comment on this thread, as someone who knows who Vic is but doesn't really go to Conventions, all I can say is...WTF is going on with all of these people? And I'm talking about the KickVic people, their actions are so far out of the realm of logic and reasoning that I'm ashamed that we're of the same species. I just can't comprehend why they're taking the actions they are, it's just baffling.
The one thing I also don't get is their opening argument, you know, the one where they say that Vic has had these allegations/accusations for, "years and years." Again, as just a casual fan who knows who Vic is, I have never even ONCE heard of any kind of allegations against Vic, or anything like that. When Vic was announced as Qrow for RWBY some 3 years ago, everyone was going nuts with excitement and positivity, no one even brought up anything even remotely negative. And Jamie and Marchi claiming to have been screaming for years, yet no one hears her? Did she even have a Twitter 10 years ago? I looked up Vic Allegations and the only ones I can find are from THIS YEAR, along with a bunch of people claiming that it has happened for years and years. Also every person claiming they did that did not source anything, how unexpected.

The only problem I see is that they're all too deluded to try to find a compromise or settlement with him. They might say they're interested in it on twitter, but then they go right back to interfering with his contracts and defaming him publicly. They've gotten letters of impending lawsuit now and no one has made any hints yet that anyone has even approached Vic about settling with lawyers, much less without.

I find it super awkward when they insist on using a person's name as well. Either due to a lack of pronoun usage or a cultural difference in the weight of using someone's name, it's still a bit stilted when they just say "(Name)..." as they mull over something, or just shout "(Name)!" at someone as if they're somehow communicating. There's not much getting around it, though. It's just 'the way they speak in anime'. I find the partially translated dubs/subs that keep things like 'nii-san' more awkward than just using 'big bro' or simply 'brother'.

Not true. Every version of the story ends with Kyousuke and Kirino. Only the PSP game allows alternate endings. It'd be weird if it didn't, since the whole point of the story is that it's a brother/sister romance. If you're not there for the forbidden romance why are you watching/reading it?
Well enough that it's the only one of it's kind I can think of that I'd recommend. It's a dramady romance though, so you'd have to be into that.

'Awkward videos' and 'highly inappropriate interactions' are not, in fact, the kind of harassment and assault they're accusing him of. And if none of those 50 hours include the assault that Monica described against her, they're still going to have a problem with the whole 'truth as a defense' thing they claim they're going for.
You'd think his lawyer would have explained this, but maybe he told his lawyer that it's going to be a criminal case, not a defense against defamation (and everything else they've been involved in)?

They exist. I've seen them for years. However they're even more terrible and gossip than these. They're just a bunch of 'I have a cousin with an ex girlfriend whose sister once saw Vic do something bad' stuff, or completely insane stories that even Facebook moms would be embarrassed to share as fact, like the girl who saw him with a kissing booth macking on underaged girls in a con or something like that.

Also, if he is that serious about bringing these glomping videos and stuff to court, doesn’t that mean he has to summon all these people involved in court to verify them? That’s impossible and would take a fuckton of time and resources. What use are these videos?
Nevermind the possibility that La Choy could lose his job if it’s true (based on Nick’s sources) that he’s using his position at his job to do things to Vic’s career.

The thing that I don't understand is all the attacks on our lord and savior, Mega Rayquaza. Leaving aside that fact that so far, nothing he has said has been wrong, and hes gone on record to say that even if he is wrong, he'll fully admit it (acknowledging when you're wrong, what a foreign concept). When this whole debacle started, all of the VAs just dismissed him, calling him a Youtube Hack or Blackface Lawyer. It's always Blackface Lawyer, they can't even come up with good insults. What is there to be gained from attacking a lawyer, WHOSE BAR CERTIFICATIONS CAN BE EASILY LOOKED UP, YOU DING DONGS? Nick is just an outsider looking in who happens to be a lawyer, why are they so intent on attacking him? I don't see them attacking the Beard, the person who's actually representing Vic, although tbh that's the only smart thing they've done this entire time,
