He claims that's what everyone NOW uses as a definition of rape (and yes, I quoted him claiming that) while also claiming it's just what he uses when he talks about the past when everyone agreed with it... and he got that from a definition that also included that males can get raped, and that women didn't have to fight back if fighting back might put those they care for in danger. (kids, other siblings... stuff like that)

So, yeah... his definition of rape is nothing like what the rest of the world uses... and as for his definition of consent? When he's busy saying that you can consent willingly to sex without coercion, and yet it is still rape... no, he's not using anything close to anything we'd recognise as the definition.

I concede on this point willingly. It's a pretty fucked up definition. I should have definitely put that little note in my post. I only meant that he accepted that rape was sex against a woman's will. Which is what most people would say is the most basic worldly accepted definition. Many countries only use this definition and find that men can't be raped and other things (kinda like what HOlden says but not really)
