The first is all circumstantial. Even if all parties are aware of each other, all we've directly been asked and/or encouraged to do (by Ty himself) is ARCHIVE things, which is COMPLETELY LEGAL. His legal team would be doing the exact same thing themselves, we are just doing the same as laypeople.
The second is utter idiocy. We WANT to see these people in court, we made it clear we are looking forward to the legal bloodbath, why would we want to STOP that from happening. Besides, witnesses would need a clearcut threat against their lives or reputations delivered in a legally umambigious manner like "Don't testify or X will be ruined/taken out", which has not happened, and even if it did, they have to provably connect such things to actions done here, which is not gonna happen because I doubt any of us want to join these morons in getting in legal trouble.
