Nor is she denying that she presented it as an accusation of Sexual Misconduct. Rather she is clearly affirming that she did. She’s panicking big time. Which is interesting. She’s panicking because specifics of her stories that she used to sandbag Vic with Funimation are out there and being challenged. But also people know. Well, based on Nick's stream I think that what has her fragged isn't whats in there. It's whats NOT in there. IE actual LEGAL sex harassment/assault. And the public isn't gonna buy any of their twitter/SJW/Metoo hatrassment definitions.

She may know that when the truth is out she could likely become "Former voice actress Monica Rial." She will have made herself too dangerous to hire.

Why wouldn't the automatic assumption be that Vic revealed what was in the investigation? Was he not informed of it, given a chance to defend himself?

She probably has a small group of people who are aware and thinks, say, person 6 was the one as they are the least trustworthy, all the others "were on her side" so it couldn't have possibly been them. It was probably the person she trusted most not to tell that actually did.

Nevermind Monica pretty much admitting on social media that she talked with various women who claimed they had the same experiences as Vic right before the investigation. Why would they allow this? It’s not unallowable, but it debases the “evidence” it has in store for us. Ty even said it that they admitted to civil conspiracy and wrote it down on Twitter.

Also, how does she know that this didn't contribute to him being fired? Funimation implied that just harassment is why Vic got terminated. If she knows this much about what happened and what is in the investigation, then surely Vic must know.

Probably the same way you'd actually prove it in court, by documentation of things like filing taxes jointly, living together, joint bank accounts, etc.

Oh you know one of them is going to try and countersue Vic for Sexual Harrassment. Rial will likely give it a shot unless her lawyer has some common sense and tells her Hell No. whichever one attempts it, my bet is it will be shot down quickly for not meeting statutory requirements for Sexual Assault. Ie The Jelly Bean incident. Or the “you went to his room late at night. He kissed you. You said no. He stopped and you left.”

Actually based on what he have seen Vic might actually have a better case against Monica for Sexual harrassment. She certainly has proven that she holds influence over his employment and a willingness to leverage it.
