I just have to say tho, it never really hit me on the worst case scenario that could've come out of falsely accusing someone. That only really hit me when I watched Nick's rant and Vic's unlocked stream. I'm really glad I wasn't one of those morons who decided to persecute and destroy the life of someone without evidence.

So we've tackled this before but apparently people are still clueless that this is a defamation case where Vic is the PLAINTIFF not defendant, hence he only needs to say that he didn't do it and then the DEFENDANT needs to DEFEND themselves by giving proof as to why they think these statements they made were true.

Putting all of that aside, if we go by their logic, whatever Vic says should be evidence enough, as it was what other people said about Vic that was apparently enough to get him fired without cross examination and labelled a rapist and pedo.

Probably because she tends to act like a normal person most of the time and doesn't try to act like being a tranny makes her special or that she gets to demand that you respect her for it.

He might have some information done as a part of his research on the video that he didn't include. I would imagine that if he did, he would just give it to Nick privately. Alright guys just bringing this to the forefront again. Perfection has restarted his beef with MBA and Geekdom (he literally sought out any excuse he could use to reason that MBA and Geekdom broke the deal with him to stop the beef) and there are probably going to be posts that use his videos as 'evidence'. Everything he says should be taken with a grain of salt in the best case scenario as he's literally just milking this situation for views. MBA is out of town but has promised they will be doing another exposed video on Perfection. Spoilers, I will not be doing an autistic breakdown of that stream like I did with the quoted one (I will link it when it comes out tho) because I think this should be sufficient enough to prove why Perfection's 'evidence' and gay ops should not be believed

The drama going foreword can be carried by other threads, and things will slow down considerably as far as the main cast go. Lawsuits are a VERY long process. What a wild ride. When I first started pulling together all the drama in the multimedia thread on this incident I never would have believed it would get as big as it ended up getting. You could read it yourself, its actually written to where a layman could almost understand all of it. The only part I would highlight is they listed Ron Toye as an Employee or Agent of Funimation. Nick is saying BHBH is going with Agent due to Marchi/Rial saying Toye worked at Funi and Toye/Funimation never tried to clear up such claim (Granted Toye did AFTER he read the lawsuit). Also the fact that Toye had access to a " Confidential " investigation from Funimation that would also add to the fact he could be considered an Agent of Funi.

In a nutshell: The whole document was a masterpiece of brevity and precision. All the defendants are well and truly BTFO, but particularly La Choy. If conspiracy is proven then if even one single plaintiff charge is upheld ALL the defendants are on the hook for it. Following that up, there's a distinct possibility that FUNI will pay out to Vic and sue the other defendants for compensation. Ty sincerely expressed his utter bewilderment at ALL of the defendants actions and expressed he probably wouldn't even take them on as clients if he was not the plaintiff's counsel because they are that fucktardedly stupid. Apparently there's another bit of virtue signalling culture war that has come to his firm regarding tabletop gaming which will move very briskly, the client has ZERO MERCY in regards to how aggressively BHBH can pursue, and Nick will be covering in gory detail with no one holding him back about the details of. Really expensive whiskey tastes good. Nick had several moments of verbal exterminatus that were absolutely worth watching. Chat was GD lit (there was poetry and bants galore)
