it looks like OP of the original video posted up a synopsis of what went down
Original poster on Tumblr said:
...A woman was telling Chris that they had been banned from the store and needed to leave...

After the video I heard the employees complaining about the use of pepper spray....

... the employee replied that Chris was “some guy that came in from time to time to mess with the Sonic Boom games because he was upset that Sonic’s arms had changed color, ”...

Holy crap! I've been insisting that we were jumping the gun because we didn't have any reliable accounts. Now that the guy who recorded the video has chimed in, I'm pleased to see that it really is as bad as I was saying it couldn't possibly be. :)
  • The staff really had warned Chris before this incident; this wasn't the first time he'd come in to mess with the Blue-Armed Impostor
  • The staff seemed to think Chris had used pepper spray, even if the camera guy himself wasn't close enough to confirm it.

  • Agree
Reactions: Alien
What I want to know is why Chris (allegedly) brought pepper spray to Gamestop. I really don't think anybody is going to assault him, nor will any JERKS try to rape him. If it was for those JERKOPS then he'd have a lot more to worry about than just a ban.

Because he is a sexy lesbian female and he has to protect his body.

I can attest to the TRUE AND HONEST content provided, since I was in the room listening in during the phone conversations.

Nope. The Gamestop manager conformed that this was a planet-wide ban. All that needs to happen now is for the letter on official Gamestop stationery with letterhead to be sent off in the mail but fas of right now, Chris is absolutely Verbotten to set foot on any Gamestop store property anywhere or face immediate charges of Criminal Trespass.

will there be a chain wide memo to the rest of stores in the Gamestop corp? but he's easy to recognize

>Walk into gamestop
>Want to buy the latest award winning Game of Thrones game from the award winning developers Telltale
>Just as I'm walking up to the counter, I see a weird potato man
>He is wearing MLP sunglasses
>With grly jean shorts
>a yellow undershirt
>and an ancient sweater
>he stinks like rotten watermelons
>and he has a fucking headband
>watch this new specimen as he walks straight to where the Wii U and 3ds games are
>the fucking autist starts spray painting the game covers of Sonic Boom
>people were staring at him the whole time
>someone has started filming
>manager wants to call the cops on this sperg
>he blows a raspberry at the camera like a child
>he yells out 'DON'T CAWW ANYBUDDY'
>then he waddles real fast to the entrance
>he fucking sprays the security guard with mace
>present my GoT game to the counter and purchase it

Fucking gamestop

Wouldn't be surprised if even being in possession of pepper spray was a violation of his parole.

Charges pressed or not.

First time poster, long time reader

Can't believe it's escalated like this. I guess I expected one run in with the cops at a video game store would set precident to not doing it again but, well, here we are. I guess there is a wider disconnect between action and consequences for Chris than I expected but that's what happens when your parents do a half-assed job and spoil you with Legos half your life.

I wonder if there'll be something in his local police blotter about this...

Okay, there are three main types of Mace/Pepper Spray

1) Spray can. It diffuses in the air, and has a greater chance of getting in the attackers face. It suffers from blowback and a wide area and can fuck everyone around you (and yourself) up.
2) Spray gel. It's pepper spray mixed with a jelly like substance that shoots out in a thick burst. It still has a little misting but it's mostly to stick to their face. This is what Chris most likely has.
3) Pepper spray guns. They can shoot up to 30 yards and have a gel consistency but they look like big bricks or flare guns.

Chris has mace that he can keep on his keychain, most likely in hot pink, and most certainly of the gel variety.

If Chris hasn't blabbed onto Facebook yet, it could mean one of several reasons:

-- Chris DID get taken to jail (not probable, but still remotely possible)
-- Chris is too rattled to post just yet (as soon as he can perform the right mental gymnastics to claim HE was the victim and he was simply defending himself)
-- Chris is getting his ass verbally torn open by Barb's screaming at him right now for being such a Chowderhead so soon after their Probations expired.
-- Barb cut down the Internet for the night

--Rob Bell told him to keep silent

what's the most Rob Bell can do now?

For no money? Jack shit is what he'd do.

You know, maybe Chris getting put behind bars may be the therapeutic intervention skullfuck he so badly needs. He seems to be only getting worse and more violent with his spergy tantrums. This utter refusal to even recognize the law let alone obey it is a dangerous path he's taking. Innocent animals have been killed and even a human has already been harmed by his stupidity and arrogance. Someone has to put his shit to a stop.

If this does end up with charges to be heard in court, the Chandlers have already burned through Bob's life insurance and they're already chin-deep in debt (so no Robert Bell this time around). It'll be a Public Attorney representing Chris this time. I assume that Chris' Jerkop Jamboree from Halloween is still going to be in his file.

Folks, this very damn well could be the Endgame we all knew would come one day.

would Rob Bell be able to do any better job whatever PA Charb gets?

Any legal experts know what an assault charge or a criminal trespassing charge while you're on probation carries as a minimum?
Here is what this can possibly (and please note I am saying 'possibly' here, but this IS what is available to the DA and law enforcement should they choose to pursue it). To be in violation of your probation -- and,in Chris's case this is going to reference his 10/28/11 which were also initially assault charges -- whatever time he has left on his probation COULD BE an automatic trip to jail (JAIL NOT PRISON -- they are NOT the same thing) to serve the time left on his probation. It could also ratchet up any charges on this case to felonies whereas they would be misdemeanors in a first offender. A district attorney that wants to make a case of this can bring in his prior convictions and serial history of vandalism into play to make any additional charges stick. Again. I said IF. I said CAN MEAN. I am NOT saying this is what is going to happen, but I AM saying that is a legal possibility. I think Chris is about to meet some serious butt hurt head on.
