I wonder if he lost his shit like he did in 2011. Would love to know the details of the 2011 incident. Just from what he's mentioned, he acted like a drunken, drugged out exceptional individual. Like an extreme case on that COPS knockoff show Jail. I would be he did. Probably ended up in one of those restraint chairs.

Courtesy of Abilene, a phone call to Albermarle Regional Jail confirming that Chris is currently in custody.

Apparently the jail have received several phone calls about Chris, and he has video court scheduled for tomorrow morning (29th December).

EDIT: Youtube version of the call

Woke up today, figured I might wanna check what's on the Kiwi Farms... see a thread about a sighting of the one and only OPL with nearly 40 pages.
Thought to myself "hmmm, well that's odd" and checked it out. I was blown away, to say the least.

Now I come back from Dinner and I see this thread and it actually made me yell "OH WHAT THE HELL?!"

It's like Chris knew about the plans of rebranding these Forums so he either tried to win our favor again or he tried to remove himself from the picture to make it more easy to have him blend into the background.
Holy shit.

Alright, more-or-less full transcription.

[Typical automated menu/directory message. I won’t bother transcribing it.]

Officer: [Garbled]

Caller: Hi, uh, I want to find(?) some information about an inmate you have there(?)

Officer: Lemme guess, Chandler?

Caller: Uh yeah, the name is Christian Weston Chandler. I’m not the first one who’s calling about him?

Officer: Callin’ about whaaat?

Caller: Uh, I’m not the first one to call you about this…

Officer: Nah, you’re the third person already, that’s how I knew who it was about

Caller: I’m… I’m… surprised… I want to confirm or deny he is in jail right now, because ah, [garbled] two days(?) ago or something

Officer: Yeah, he’s here

Caller: He is? In jail?

Officer: He’s here, he’s got video court Monday mornin’, the next thing that’ll happen(/then we’ll see what’ll happen?)

Caller: Okay, ahh, would you have more information?

Officer: What do you wanna know?

Caller: I dunno, ahh, if he’s going to be charged, ahh, if he’s going to uh-

Officer: Oh yeah he got a charge for.. sprayin’ gas, I think he sprayed pepper spray on somebody

Caller: Yeah, that’s(/there’s?) some good information that we have, I guess, some video on YouTube where he sprayed a GameStop employee with some, um, pepper spray, somethin’ like that. I hope the employee is okay

Officer: Aw, yeah, he’s fine.

Caller: Okay, glad to hear that. Aaah, thank you very much…

Formalities and thanks etc, officer suggests to call back tomorrow afternoon and “see what happens”.

they do not have the money for bell this time

Exactly. I was talking about Rocky being only concerned about Barb's welfare (and was the sole reason why she bothered to help in 2011), but where Chris alone is concerned, she probably has washed her hands of him after all the shit he pulled on her.

We all know that Chris isn't going to learn jack squat out of all this, but I wonder if Barb may finally reach her breaking point with Chris' antics. As I mentioned, she's in serious debt and for Chris to pull a stunt like this that is going to require bail money and lawyer fees (and don't forget about the costs of rebuilding 14 BLC) couldn't have hit her at a worse time. Barb is delusional nuts too, but could this be the final straw?

Video court though? Isn't that something they do when key witnesses are terrified to be in the same room as the suspect?
I can't confirm this, but my understanding is that it's sometimes done with arraignments because it's substantially cheaper than busing the inmates to court for something that individually takes them all of five minutes. And honestly you don't need to be physically present for an arraignment. There's some argument that it may be safer, but I think the only real "safety" factor is that fewer bus trips means fewer chances for a road accident resulting in fake whiplash claims by inmates.

Here I was thinking that the christmas videos and the calls of the Catherine saga were going to be the best we could hope for content to close 2014. I was so WRONG.

Never ever underestimate Chris he always manages to surprise us. Godbearjesus please watch over OPL in this trial.

WHAT bail? The inheritance money is gone and Barb is drowning in debt so badly that she's taking out loans on one car after the other just to pay for a month's rent. Christard just stuck a knife in her back at the worst possible time imaginable.
Remind me what took out the inheritance money again? I can't remember if it was the fire or the first court case.
