I honestly don't see Chris getting simple probation for this. If he had his probation extended for mouthing off to his PO He's going to do the suspended sentence (wasn't it 6 months) on top of the likely 120 days he's gonna get for tresspass after forbidden. Don't most low-security joints farm out cons as basic slave labor? I'd love to get a call center call from Chris, it would make my day.

Naw, Chris DON'T. CALL. ANYBODY!

Watch the series finale of Chris Chan. The Jail Saga. At 7/8 PM Central.
There is no other work of fiction that jumped the shark as many times as Chris...

I think the next season will be a rerun of Roach, the evil babysitter, with Chris locked in a room with no toys and reverting to a caveman-like form of low-functioning autism.

I think letters are the best anybody could hope for. It's usually a lot of red tape to be ok'd to be a visitor. I'm sure the facility would catch on pretty quick of his online infamy.

If Chris is in there for a few months and is feeling even more starved for attention, even a visit from the trolls may be a welcome thing.

I'm wondering if Barb cares about him enough to bring him takeout every now and then (assuming the jail allows it). She does kinda owe him after all the :qsand: runs Chris made for her.

Pardon my lateness and impatience with reading the entire thread, but do we have an idea of when this morning the hearing is taking place?
Not that we'd get a play by play or even direct knowledge of what played out, but it would be nice to know when to expect some info to start seeping out.

In my opinion, I believe Chris will probably not get real jail time. He may get a few days to a week or so in jail or, he will probably just be sentenced to a mental hospital for a few weeks or so. Nothing longer than a year. I really hope he does get some real mental help this time and not just a slap on the wrist though. It may do him some good.
What mental illness is he going to be said to be suffering from? If Chris blames his "Sensory overload" a neurological condition like Autism isn't classed as a mental illness so I assume he wouldn't be put in a mental health facility if he doesn't have something that can be treated?

Plot twist: Roach is now a prison guard. And sheeeeee remembers!! :tomgirl:

He will most likely have a mental evaluation first. It is possible that the autism may be taken or not taken into account, but when they look at his grip on reality(and they will be able to figure that out in a mental eval...and lets face it, Chris does not live in this reality), they may deem him mentally ill and give him a small stint in a mental ward. Just a thought. Guess we'll know for sure in the coming days or weeks

Assault with a weapon whilst on probation...
He's either in prison for 5 years (at least) or in an institution for 10. Actually, considering what happened to that Boggs sperg -

- who got 13 years for threatening someone with a knife - well, I think this is honestly the end of Chris as we know it if the judge's standards are those befitting a non-exceptional individual.

The Boggs guy actually raped a teen in a public bathroom and forced her to look into the mirror while getting raped so he got what he deserved.

Wouldn't be the first time.

(FYI, this is a Class 6 felony that does carry jail time if convicted.)

Here's the law: For Class 6 felonies, a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years, or in the discretion of the jury or the court trying the case without a jury, confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.

DANGEROUS GAS UNLAWFUL RELEASE
I can't be the only one whose mind went there.

The Case Detail page doesn't give much more information than that, other than the name of the guy he maced, which I didn't want to spread to the weens.

Edit: And yeah, it's kind of perfect that Chris would get in so much trouble over a law entitled "Dangerous Gas Unlawful Release."

What a fitting charge.

And remember, this isn't the first time it happened too. He had many altercation with them months prior because of the blue arms.

And yet, this is the time it goes overboard, and for once, we all got to witness it, thanks to a random stranger who's not even from Virginia or the CWCki.

If GodBearJesus sent a sign, it wasn't for Chris.

Yeah, but wasn't that after the prison sentence? I remember because he made the sex offender registry.

You know racial definition is a mess when you have to use something like "White Caucasian (Non-Hispanic)" to describe a person. They should find a different word for White people than Caucasian.

Also not surprised he got stuck with a public defender.
