That would make things more interesting and honestly make me believe that Clyde is the original personality while Chirs is the alternate one which is for an elaborate social experiment.

Note that I'm not talking about the documentary or the book those exceptional individuals were/are funding on Kickstarter; those are projects conducted by you-know-whats trying to make money off of Chris's internet fame. What if Megan was into western comics like DC and Marvel? Would Sonichu take influence from those like he did from anime and manga in an attempt to impress her?

She would tell Chris to leave, but he would persist and beg her to forgive him.
She would threaten him with the cops and then he would exclaim how rude she’s being to another goddess.
Megan would be tired of Chris and would began to call the cops until Chris smacks away her phone.
She would think this is a threat and starts to beat up Chris with ease.
The Cops would come and their would be a restraining order.
Chris would bitch and complain about how evil she was and yada-yada-yada.

Sonichu would have marry-sue heroes and have even more villian than usual. Chris would have a battle armor transformation that makes him OP and some sonichus would have depressing back stories.
This is where the whole foundation of the Idea Saga changes, you see Wise and Boynd played into Chris’s nostalgia of anime (which reminded him of Megan) and warped and twisted it to make him feel more special.
Things would go the same way, however Chris would believe he is is MLP super hero battling evil with his robo costume and allies. He would also believe he has powers and may attempt to save people who aren’t actually in danger. Null would have to knock sense and recommend Chris to a actual therapist, but he would insist he is okay.
We get to the DM saga, and the same stuff would happen.
Either way, this alternate universe still has Chris going coco bananas, but slightly more.

It's funny but I don't think Chris is all that into Pokemon anymore? I can't really remember if he played more recent games but he doesn't seem to care about the series at all outside of being married to mewtwo.
