He on the other hand issued an apology that didn't really imply he was guilty of anything; a heartfelt word to his fans. Then he shut his mouth. It's given us endless amusement watching shitty people just be shitty.

The only thing he apologized for was making people uncomfortable. Which is understandable when you're a hugtastic Italian; some people are simply not comfortable with hugs.

Why people are trying to interpret as him admitting to sexual assault/harassment/battery is beyond me.

I'd skip the pdf and keep the output as CSV. With a csv people can hide columns that aren't relevant to what they're doing. Also try getting the engagement into it's own column.

Tweaked the code to format the output a bit more nicely as well as leaving as csv. The attached contains all the tweets I could pull for 6 people:

Unfortunately as before this is a text only output so any pictures are lost also to fit each tweet on a single line and to handle the csv format any new lines are converted to (NL) and any commas are converted to (COM).

Loads fine in Apache Open Office. Doesn't look like it's grabbing dates right but that shouldn't be too much of a problem from a discovery standpoint. You'd still be getting someone at Twitter to verify those regardless.

* Quit their job or position they publicly have
* Admit fault regardless of the truth of the claims being made against them
* Silently fade away
* And in the rare, rare cases where justice is brought against those bringing false allegations to support the absolute minimum consequences

I'm parsing the text that actually displays on twitter so the "Date" is the time stamp the tweet shows which for recent tweets is how many minutes or hours ago, for older ones it's the actual date.

Anyway I've no idea if this will actually be useful to anyone or if anyone wants to dig and do some analysis on how many times different people said different things - I just saw all the manual one tweet at a time archiving going on and thought I'd see if I could turn it up a notch.

Either way, bad ass work. I don't fuck around on Twitter at all (because twitter users are crazy poorfags) so I have no idea what sort of info is available to scrape. If any of these losers had a presence on Instagram I'd be all over it, but they got nothing on there.

It'll be useful in the future. Maybe not with Vic, but what about the next guy? The guy that isn't famous. He's gonna need help too. Automating the efforts of a hundred autists could give him and his lawyer the tools they need.

I'm sure Casey told Rial to not talk about the case, but with the answer due today, I gotta believe that at some point Monica asked her great friend about her case and dates.
