I once saw an expert witness during an athlete PED hearing cite an hour of research reading up on the drug in question on a bodybuilding website, the address of which he was given by the athlete's lawyer, as the basis for his testimony. I always figured that would be the pinnacle of shitty, dumbass citations and yet here we are today.

I think the only worst they could have done than linking PULL as their opening argument would be linking us. (although granted we are much more polite and better looking).

It's every man for themselves. Casey doesn't a shit about Funimation or Jamie. They can go under the bus for all he cares, since his obligation is to MoRon's best interest. Likewise, Jamie's counsel and Funimation's counsel don't give a shit about MoRon. Under the bus they go, too. It's going to turn into some absolutely retarded ouroboros, but instead of snakes eating each other it's defendants throwing each other under the bus.

In fact, if Ty is angry enough and he gets an opening, he's going to try to force Ron and Monica against each other
