Just fascinating to see a guy who should still be young enough to understand a meme do a dab not only completely wrong, but gets it wronger with every new attempt. A dab is not a continuing pose with a full body bounce and heavy metal headbang and a spastic headshake for the finals. Does he want a headache? Is he a literal clown?
A dab is a throw of your arms to one side, which hides your face, for a brief moment. Whatever he's doing, it's a silly old man version by a clown who thinks he's super cool with the kids and understands the current zeitgeist, while counting time in ages. Apparently it's the age of silly dabs and funny faces.

A triple dab, which does not really exist, would be a fast paced real dab with changing directions. At least in my book.

"My autograph alone, to some people, is worth more than anything that Tevin will EVER DO in his entire fucking life! So choke on that, Bitch!"
Too bad Phil's such an asshole because you could make a fun competition out of this. Both sign a blank piece of paper and put it up on Ebay. People bid and we find out if that statement holds water. I'd say the money could go to charity but this is already crazy enough. Imagine the gloating Phil could do beating a well known detractor at something, but no.

We get a man screaming, voice echoing off the bubble he's voluntarily trapped himself in, chained at the ankle to his Ps4, pretending he's somehow won without doing anything.

If that were to ever happen DSP would just claim that the detractors bid up Tevin. Which is kind of the point of the competition (detractors vs. actual followers), but DSP can't take any L for any reason.

Man this influencer shit is just dumb. Of course dark isn’t an influencer, he doesn’t fucking know anything about shit he hypes up, he just acted clueless about all the MK11 drama about the in game currency. He didn’t have the fuck picture of that lord of the rings games ending before praising it and calling out people who actually knew what they were talking about. Dark is just a generic shill, which is worse honestly lol.

How can you trust angry joe because he got paid to review something? Well how the fuck can I trust anything you say? You have the memory of a goldfish and consistently claim things you said with video evidence aren’t what you said....

Guy who lies through his teeth almost daily questions how you can’t trust others...imagine that

This is the same guy that complains about "online lag" or "online strategies" in fighting games even though he hasn't played a game offline in a decade. But yet he KNOWS what strategies wouldn't work offline.

How has MLB been going?

I could see Phil using it as his 'drank too much today' stream game because honestly it does play itself.

Still fun as fuck, but I can't imagine Phil is having much fun batting on easy mode (the AI pitcher will literally not throw balls) and probably playing something like Shortstop so he only ever had to choose throw 1 or 2.

Its just sad how he can't even try to be interesting. There are some streamers like Crumps and GoldGlove who are very successful streaming MLB Road to the Show.

More updates: Phil is playing first base, the most braindead position. Phil has not turned off "only run in first" which slows the game down massively because you stand there on base even with people in front of you (so you can't steal).

Edit: I randomly opened a segment of him playing MLB. He's not using the 'skip to next play' feature and watching the fucking simulcast screen. And instead of using the widely agreed upon PCI batting style (its both easier and more engaging) he's using the swing only setup where the game picks the PCI for you and all you have to do is swing the bat.

So Phil is playing a game that is literally a hit X to swing on time simulator where the game always throws him 3 strikes. Amazing.

Phil does not understand the rules of baseball. Phil can't be asked to realize there's a 'stop running' button or 'look at the ball' button.

Phil's batter does look a lot like him, somehow he's gotten some weird ass run cycle that makes him look like a fat waddling penguin. Accurate!

He was in a network for half of 2018, and when Curse dropped him he commented shortly afterwards that he was actually seeing a higher CPM than when he was in network. The Estimated 'Yearly Amount' SocialBlade shows isn't really a projection, they just multiply his actual views for the last 30 days × CPM range of $0.25 to $4 × 12 months. The estimated average CPM range we have him at for 2018 is $2 to $3. Off 1 million views he is probably averaging between $2K and $3K per month.

I would guess he's closer to $2 than $3 on the CPM range. $2 seems to be (or have been) a standard for video game-related content. But yeah, he's probably getting somewhere in the ballpark of $25-35k from Youtube on top of his Twitch money.

He's having a great time because he only has to pay attention about 10% of the time. He still celebrates homeruns like a 3 year old on a sugar rush, and he legit talks about how many homeruns he hit as though it's a major accomplishment.

To further point out how simple he's made his playing, a majority of the time, he's not even playing in the field. He's a DH. So it's literally 3-4 at-bats with the rest being simulated. And when he does play in the field, he's pretty much only at first base now. For a time, he was at third, but that's long gone. The worst part about him playing first, though, is that he doesn't know enough about the basics of baseball to even do that well. That is, he only knows to do two things: 1) go to first to receive a throw, which the game may do for him, since there's not even a button prompt for him to catch the ball or anything, and 2) field a ground ball and run to first.

Go find the training drill he did last night--the whole idea is that he's fielding ground balls in a bunch of different scenarios (runner on 1st, multiple runners on, etc), and he has to field a ground ball and do the correct thing with it. Literally every single time, regardless of the situation, he fields the ball and runs to tag first. Because he's on easy (presumably), he still gets +50 points and think he's doing it right, even though he's missing opportunities for double plays, cutting down a runner trying to score at home, and so on. He's paying so little attention, though, that he's genuinely confused as to why he's not getting called up.

Not only that, I think he's altered the sliders to give his fat penguin max speed.

He also doesn't skip a single cut scene and lets every simulated play go on screen, stretching every possible second until he can thankfully clock out.

It's frustrating because MLB is actually a very good game this year, but this asshole makes it look like the most boring thing ever because he has no idea what he's doing.

Phil doesn't know how to play baseball. He saw Fielder's Choice on the screen and said "derrr what's that?"

I finally saw him hit a home run and I'm actually mad the game even includes that dumb fucking celebration without him getting beaned next at bat.

I got RTTS for the first time since 16 and gotta admit I love it, purely because Phil has been ruining it.

"I hit a double play. A double hit. A... two bases." Fucks sake, Phil.

but this asshole makes it look like the most boring thing ever because he has no idea what he's doing.

This is the entire foundation of his real adahlt career. That he would just love to be a top tier shillstreamer and has wanted to be a de facto gaming mouthpiece since day one always tickles me. 10+ years in the game and Mr Too Whte For Ivy League still fails to grasp that misrepresenting practically every game he touches by being godawful at them is not something the real moneymen are going to pay him for. Further still he continues to fail to realize after countless cyles of TIHYDP material that his shitstain low grade gaming also rubs fans of the hobby the wrong way as well. He got in early and that was really the only smart move he ever made throughout this legacy.. also something I think that's actually entirely lost on him.

It's hard to believe anything DSP says about his finances at face value. If he was making more while not being in a network, then why be in a network? Sure, he gets a little bit of protection about copyright shit, but if it was that big of a difference then I fully believe he would rather take the money than the security. Obviously the copyright shit isn't that big of a deal if he's been going for a year without the network and he's gotten a handful of videos claimed, that he's then gotten remonetized/reclaimed after a day or two of challenging or whatever has to be done.

As for the CPM thing, if that's how socialblade figures it then it doesn't really change my point. The $4 CPM extreme for the high end is beyond what you're later saying is more than what you assume, and that would put him at their $35k mark, when you were saying that was the minimum in the post before that.

I'm not trying to be an asshole or start shit, but there's a lot of numbers that are just thrown around without rhyme or reason around here, and people just buy shit wholesale because there's like the tiniest bit of backing to them. What reason do you have to believe that he's making more than the minimum for his CPM? He has no audience, the audience he does have is dwindling, he has no pull, he has a history of talking shit about advertisers and endorsements, and a hundred other reasons that make him less attractive as a marketing tool. Where does this "we put him somewhere between $2 and $3 CPM" come from? Because it's in the middle and sounds nice? Three or four of his videos out of 40-50 of a playthrough will break 1k views. There's thousands of other gaymers on YT who pull those numbers. What on Earth makes you think he's getting more than the minimum?

I think that is why @actually puts in a range for YT income to be fair. Phil said two years ago in a stream that $2 CPM was good for him during the holiday season when he was with Machinima. That is why I say he makes $1 or below because it has only gone down since. He doesn't bring value to YT and he isn't marketable so why would they do anything more than string him along?

I will say this though, this shouldn't be something we bicker over. Flat out. It isn't worth it. Gout baby will only do his best to shroud his true income and his bills to give off the appearance of trouble so pay pigs will come up out of pocket. We know for sure what he makes on Twitch. We can make an educated guess on his bills and YT. Lets just watch the man squander every opportunity he gets and laugh at him.

Well not only that but his adding "to some people" make this dig completely pointless. TO SOME PEOPLE the DSPuppet is worth more than anything Phil ever do. Actually it is as it has taken more effort and skill than anything Phil has ever attempted to do.

TXT shared something interesting today. https://twitter.com/teeextee/status/1128322191932755969?s=21

I doubt Phil makes even $1 CPM due to the shitty quality of ads he's had since he's not partnered and how many videos he's had demonetized. This would also line up with what Wings tells us he makes with a similar robust archive. But, it's moot since Twitch dwarfs those earnings either way.

Speaking of Wings, Do Phil's Twitch estimations take chargebacks into account? Phil says he always wins those, but he's 100% lying about that.

I called him out on him winning all his chargebacks months ago based off what Wings tells us. Wings gets multiple chargebacks every stream and says he doesn’t bother fighting them because he almost never wins and it ends up costing him more money.

Phil is again begging hard, stating his bank account has been overdrawn twice this week, he is also changing the story from

"Twitch will pay me on the 15th (tomorrow)"

to

"Twitch wont pay me for another few days, and even that payment will be low because i was away for a week"

Chat is laughing at him, while his mod is busy talking about Sean Ranklin
