Casey Erick wouldn't have been paid to read through it all, so he probably looked at how large it is now (over 6000 posts) and didn't bother to check when the vast majority of those posts were made.

Of the allegations against Vic in that thread from 2017 and 2018, most are out of concern for other people (as shown above) and not things that happened to them as Casey Erick claims.

When asked what con she has the convenient excuse of having an accident that makes her forget everything EXCEPT the times she was abused and when asked if she can ask the friends she was with they all conveniently left the country after, also implying these presumably teenage girls have no social media.

Either all of that is lies and she's acting hard for twitter asspats, or she has been outside doing that stuff which implies she only did those outdoor activities when she felt sure the bad legal man isn't around to give her papers.

I think she saw Soye get served that hilarious 20 pound legal package and got scared. I think that's when it finally got through to her how real this situation is, if only for a brief moment. Knowing Vic and Ty aren't kidding around frightened her so much that she's avoiding getting served herself to keep up the delusion that Vic will just roll over and die and they can get back to slandering whoever they want on Twitter to the thunderous likes and retweets of faceless social justice ideologues.

So what they are saying because he is not "great" they seem to think that it matters to people about how popular Vic is, is the ONLY reason people defend him. No, that is only really a secondary/side factor.(I can't believe I even have to state it.) Personally people with this mentality really tick me off at times, but at the same time it's also really sad, cause they will never be able to understand why they will not get what they want. Why does it always devolve into "this person isn't that good at what they do anyway" with these people? If Vic really did molest/rape all those women [citation needed] shouldnt his skills be irrelevevant? Regardless of if he's a good or bad voice actor, if he committed the crimes he did, and if he didn't, he didn't. It couldnt be that, perhaps, these individuals have a personal vendetta against Vic and therefore that means he must be bad at his trade and he must have committed the crime. There's no in between for these children. Having done criminal things doesn't negate your skills in other things.

It all boils down to this really being a character assassination versus anything else.

Ty predicted this way earlier on before the first official filing and I believe he's counting on the fact that they will turn on each other during this. This is a pretty good strategy as not only will their desperation to save themselves implicate other parties as being part of the civil conspiracy thus allowing Ty to pin point the next set of targets for the next round, it will also be much easier for Ty to break down their defenses when they aren't working in a united front. Yeah, my opinion has changed a bit after seeing the document parsed out. My primary reason for cutting Casey slack was that I wondered how on earth any sensible person representing MoRonica could have responded to Vic's lawsuit. But as you say, Nick cleared up that this could have been handled with simple denials. Instead Casey opened PULL, Michele of the erotic fan fic, Beth Elderkin and others up to being called in to give the evidence MoRonica claims gives them an "all-clear" to malign Vic.

And in wondering why Casey did it this way, there are only two answers. One, he hasn't looked over the "evidence" closely before crafting the response and doesn't understand how dumb his reply is. Two, he knows the response is crap and doesn't care as long as he gets paid. Neither is, as the gals at PULL would put it, a good look. I guess he could have some super awesome plan that will make sense and become seen as a brilliant legal gambit but fucked if I can see how that could happen.
