Rather Motley crew and they just welcomed their newest member today, Zeph.

So what is all this? Well it was a discord I was in to hang out, literally just trying discord for the first time a few months ago, and just so happens this is where the fireworks would go off when all this took place. All of these users have discords of their own and their leader even has an Alt-Account so she can be in even more discords undiscovered.

So what does all this mean? Well it potentially means that this has been going on for a while, it is potentially going on in other discords as well and it was going on in this one we know for sure. So the eerie feeling that /cow/, Kiwi and even the Killstream audience has been getting that all of this series of events since CRP's small drop of information has been correct. This was in fact an effort by Ralph, using Gator as his underling to craft a narrative to try to save Kearsten's feelings and reputation, while trying to win the audience back over. Its almost as if the Guys who went after Sargon and Vee for their suspected sins, were guilty of the same things. Maybe they weren't running a Kraut style doxing server, but does this look any better on them?

Alright guys, I'm back. I saw what you guys asked and I figured I'll just do a long post to answer some questions instead of quoting everything.

The doxing:
Basically I made a superchat to Rackets stating "RIP Killstream, Nick is our nectar now." Ralph DM'd a screencap of it to me saying Lmao, I replied back with his prior spergout on here with @Null which had already disappointed me because he seems to be putting more effort into getting blown out on here and the ranch than he does his own show. Likewise, he decides to block me over it. So I say fuck it, I'll shitpost on the ranch for shits and giggles because he's acting like a total fag about everything. I post and next thing I know I get the first DM which is basically "Hehe Nothin' personal kid tips fedora" followed by a post on /cow/ with my facebook and linkedin information and a couple of photos. Then the second reply follows forth, which I'm assuming is him trying to damage control and deflect by accusing me of leaking information I literally have no access to nor want regardless.

The phone call:
I'm going to be upfront and admit he did tell me some rather deeply personal stuff, and given he does not dox more of his supporters, I'll keep that stuff private and said in good confidence. I'm not a sociopath set out to ruin the guy's life, despite him doing a very shitty thing. Anyways I'll go over the broad strokes regarding the drama

He is well aware of the fact that the show is in decline, he knows Jim has moved on and other guests are staying away or have grown bored. Likewise he also knows that Stream.me is a stagnant platform and has expressed a desire to return to YouTube. If I was a betting man, I would guess he makes his return via partnering with his mirror Palmer Eldritch.

He has been absolutely broken by this guy and the fact that Andy has turned into a one-man nuclear holocaust and complete lolcow that has burned pretty much every bridge. He also knows the impact it has had on his show and that Warski is pretty much the reason why guests are staying away or disavowing the killstream, and why the viewers are leaving in the droves aside from the show becoming boring dogshit. To add more fuel to the fire, supposedly Warski's visit to Richmond is more prolonged than expected, as in Ralph and Andy are/were going to move in together. I'm not sure what the timetable is on this, but I'm guessing this is the primary reason why he's been ignoring/running massive damage control for Andy.

His immediate fall guy for doxing me was Zoom. Ralph said he's always disliked Zoom and only tolerated Zoom because Andy was cozying up to him. Likewise, if anyone was listening to Andy's self-immolation on Zoom's stream a couple of days ago, Andy revealed that he has apparently aired some very dirty laundry to Zoom in private. Likewise I'm lead to believe that this information either implicates Ralph directly or at the minimum reflects poorly on him being a close associate of Andy's. From what I've read, He decided to draw first blood with Zoom in what I'm assuming is trying come out ahead of what he always predicted Zoom would do, which is turn on him and Andy.

From talking to the guy, Ralph is a broken, demoralized alcoholic lashing out at people because his world is falling apart. Despite him acting like a total dumbass in an attempt to humiliate me and/or drive me off the internet, I decided I'd be nice, because I figured I'd be the bigger man about it, metaphorically speaking. Why kick a guy who is already destroying himself and people that are far more capable of detsorying him have him in his sights.


Overall, my support for the show is completely done, I don't watch, and I'm definitely done donating. As far as him doxing me, it was painfully obvious. He blamed Zoom, and I guess on cog's stream he also amended it to Dispatch, but my interaction with either has been pretty much minimal to none prior to the incident. Plus given the reveal on how stream.me's payment processor gives the recipient access to way more sensitive information, combined with the timing and context of the post, all signs point to Ralph.

Ethan, if and when you read this, a few words of advice: Sober up, grow a thicker skin, get in shape. You hate the gunt meme so much that maybe you should do something about it instead of banning and bitching about it, and it will help you not be such a depressed lush all the time. But mark my words, if you dox anymore of your supporters, especially your pigs, I will come back and drop your personal shit. Doxing people is not a fucking game. Luckily I'm basically a normie so I can make it out alive, but you are fucking with people's livelihoods and the hypocrisy is very palpable on your end considering how asshurt you got over streamers getting strikes on their channels.

Here's a breakdown of the past 24 hours for our friends too lazy to go back:

Because apparently Ralph befriending someone who's spoken about watching child porn to the point where he's thrown away good friends for said pedo; confirmed to laugh at his own paypigs on Discord with the same people who looked into people he wanted to laugh at; destroyed a sting op on pedos resulting in many pedos DFE, all is useless drama.

He's now facing upwards of 20 years for possession and soliciting child porn, and those twerking videos were used against him as well. Genitals don't need to be shown, what matters is the intention of the depictions, you overused prison fucktoy. Get an attorney @theralph because you are going to fucking need it.

Clearly you didn't actually read the quote, because if you did you would see I actually did say that the intent of the pictures is important. Here:




The intent of the pictures is to titillate, or cause arousal, a necessity in determining if something is considered child pornography. For example, a 15-year-old who has her breasts covered with her arm taking a selfie is clearly intending to cause arousal, and thus would be charged with possession of child porn in many instances (yes kids, if you're underage and take selfies showing your shit, the law allows for you to be charged with possession of child porn; if you send it to anyone else it becomes dissemination); however a family with a picture of their baby's bare ass in a kiddie pool one summer in the family album is not intending that, and thus doesn't have an issue with a possible child porn charge. So, whether these pictures are available or not, Andy says he has archived them. Also, during the stream he did he is ambiguous as to if he has the actual folder downloaded. He says he's edited some, he says someone else has edited some. When a folder is called up on the screen he shuts it down before thumbnails can load. It'll be up to an actual investigation to determine if they downloaded it.

On that note, if they did download any of it then there' a clear-cut case of possession of child porn. It doesn't matter if you lack the mens rea when you commit the crime, what matters is you acted on it. For example, all but five states refuse to validate a claim of "I had no idea how old the girl was when I slept with her" defense, even if you picked the chick up in the bar and she turns out to be, say, 16. In those states, it can be seen as a mitigating factor during sentencing, but just because you didn't intend to break laws concerning statutory rape and believed in good faith the person was over the age of consent doesn't absolve you of the crime (which in this case is stupid, I'll grant you). Likewise, if you fire a gun randomly and end up killing someone, you didn't have the intention of doing so but you did and you'll be charged with criminally-negligent homicide. In a situation like this, the intent may be seen as a mitigating factor but it won't absolve them of possession. This is why I said before: contact your local or state investigative body like the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Bundeskriminalamt, or Royal Canadian Mounted Police and point them to the stuff. Don't stream it and act like nothing will happen, because it can and will, especially when you've made it your life's work to piss people off on a daily basis, troll people, and antagonize random anons.

Finally, and this is why I told @theralph to get a lawyer: probation can be revoked for the stupidest of things. For many, even failing a random piss test or breathalyzer is grounds for termination of the status. You need a good lawyer to get you off of it, and this is why I think Ralph should be worried about the cops talking to him: they're investigating it. It doesn't matter what they told him, he should be in full-on cover your ass mode.

Ralph went on about this the other day during his stream. He was saying that CRP offered to give him the footage and how he wished he had taken it then. He was bitching about how its "unfair" that CRP doesn't want to give him the footage now that Ralph is taking every opportunity to shit on him.

It kind of reminds me of those stories you hear about people trying to rip off their wedding photographer. They try to convince him to give them a backup of the photos then never pay them. If Ralph wants that footage, he should cough up some money. Despite his narrative he has gone with that "uhh we didn't ask CRP to come, he just decided to. We didn't tell him to buy all this equipment" they were excited for him to be showing up from the moment he agreed to it. It's also telling that Nick Rekeita and Dick Masterson have not joined Ralph in his shit on CRP fest because they can actually act like adults. They almost seem upset that Ralph is choosing to beef with CRP which initially started over trivial bullshit.

I think it's fitting that their only footage now will be shitty smartphone video with no production value. It's kind of what they deserve for not investing in some equipment and instead spending it on dumb shit, food, alcohol etc. Things only are as good as the amount of effort you put into it. It's obvious they are putting no effort into this. I'm also pretty sure they did want CRP to come to this Miami trip. They just didn't want to pay him while he had to take time from his own shit to follow a bunch of exceptional individuals around as they drink themselves to death.

That is a lot of shows. You see, I asked because I wanted to find out how many shows you actually watch. That you watch so many tells me you're the type of person with way too much time on his hands, leading me to believe you are either a NEET or you have no social life. This is why people like you defend him, because you have very little else going on currently and you must defend one of the few places your life receives stimulation from. Here’s what I think irks me the most about the numbers from last night;
-Its on the heels of some pretty bad controversy
-The base is increasingly turning on Ralph
-The numbers are much higher than any of his past streams for at least a week
-The content of the show was primarily just him shooting the shit
-The graph of the viewership shows a steep incline and then a slow drop off whereas the show usually hits a plateau and a more rapid

-The 1.7k staying awhile after the stream, which is pretty unusual for bigger streamers let alone a smaller streamer like Ralph

On the topic of Nick. In his stream where he talked about the YouTube pedo that got 10 years he said a bunch of times to - as an adult male - never, ever talk or interact with minors. Someone recently tipped him asking if he would have Soph on and he said he knows about the drama with her and Ralph, adding he might have her on, but he doesn't know for sure.
