It seems it was instead a severe case of denial. It will be interesting to see if she will actually get a lawyer now. I would love for her to go full law cow and submit a pro se handwritten response a day after the deadline.

No-one actually rebutted the story since it surfaced yesterday, which seems a bit strange.

There's plenty of exceptional shit happening on both sides, and that's probably only going to get worse as progress in the lawsuit slows down to a glacial pace soon.

That actually happened in Bongistan (and I guess our favorite cucks in New Zealand consider this standard practice now too). A UK court ruled that a writ could be legally served via Facebook when they couldn't locate one of the defendants for service. I'm not aware of any cases in the US where that's happened yet but I don't consider my 3 minute web search to be very conclusive on the matter.

Now the court taking her repeated acknowledgements on Twitter of the case and the process server's efforts to serve her papers as proof of service? I could totally see that happening. Maybe not in terms of affecting deadlines and such, but certainly during the upcoming awkward "why did you keep dodging service and ignoring this court for so long?" phase of the case.

In the same weekend two people separately decided to go confront Monica and Jamie at their panels, asked a question during the q&a, and were filming the response?

Either the two ISWV people coordinated this or the VAs did. Maybe if one had shouted the question or asked at her autograph line or something, but these stories are too similar.
