That will be the part Shane will latch onto on why Casey totally won today and Ty should be embarrassed or whatever the fuck he goes on about nowadays.

You sir called it. A little over an hour and a half before he posted the exact same thing you predicted he would. If the claim that he wasn't at court is true, I'd almost think he read what you posted and decided to take it as advice...

Why is shane lying again? He wasn't even fucking there apparently and neither was MoRon so where would he be getting this information from? Please tell me Casey isn't talking to this balding tosser too.

Given the Farms prediction of what he would say before he said it... yeah, I'm leaning towards he gets his information from the Farms.

He lurks here like he lurked at cons, so he probably saw what Kek posted and spun it with some Shane and posted it on Twitter.

What kek posted here didn't mention the judge asking if ty was an attorney (unless I'm missing something) so my guess is that Shane got a distorted version from Ron who himself got a distorted version of what happened from Casey

Or Shane Just made that up

Kek did quote "Judge asked why are they here?"

Some seem to have interpreted that as being directed to the Discord guy and the VA. Maybe Shane completely misunderstood it and thought it was directed at the attorneys?

Also, Ron wasn't there, according to Kek.

Regardless of general denial being allowed as a response, the overwhelming evidence is there and she's at the forefront of this, it's just annoying that she's employing this tactic rather than just settling. Why the fuck isn't anyone settling yet.

Because in their minds they are on the right side of history and anyone who questions them is a misogynist, bigot, racist, homophobic, incel, alt-right, etc.

I'm guessing the "Why are they here" was directed at the two attorneys for not properly taking care of the outside of court work outside the court and why couldn't they act like adults and not waste the courts time.

I'm thinking that question is more for the attorneys, as to why they are here with discovery squabbles instead of handling it themselves.

Didn't know Ty was an attorney? According to who Kek quoted there were 2 witnesses / the attorney and court staff. This comment makes no sense, I even for Shane. Also X to doubt judge was angry at Ty, given he seems to have agreed to the deal Ty asked for to begin with.

"Why are they here" is pretty much what Nick talked about. The Lawyers should have been able to figure out depositions without the help of a judge.

Why would he care why members of the public will be there at a public court hearing. He asked the lawyers as I'm assuming he would want a run down on why the motion was filed.

He evidently hasn't been on the site since the 24th, so someone else may be lurking and just posted that one quote.
Psst, you can sign out of your account...
Something he may have figured out after someone pointed out that he was last here several days after he made his last post.

We all know if someone says that they're a closet weeb. He may not own any body pillows with waifu covers, but we know there's a few box sets hiding on some shelves somewhere.

Judge might be a closet weeb or have weeb kids.

Only two people were there to observe the case. Our Dude and a VA who was Vic's friend (his name escapes me)

Chuck Huber?

Only dude I can think of would be Chuck Huber.

So not only were the counsels there, but the Vic and MoRon as well?

That rings a bell, yes!

Interesting then. So Chuck just showed up to observe.

What a pal, I guess.

Damn, Huber actually showed up. Vic mentioned him in one of his unlocked streams as well. Apparently they met at the gym or something and talked. My guess is that he's one of the VAs who knows about the civil conspiracy but can't say anything about it. And who would blame the guy for not wanting to speak up, in a few weeks his popularity is going to skyrocket amongst the Dragon Ball fanbase.

Android 17 beats Anilaza, 'sacrifices' himself to give Vegeta and Goku time to recooperate, teams up with Frieza to take down a tired Jiren and on top of all that ends up being the sole winner of the Tournament of Power and wishing back all the universes.

Imagine losing that kind of support from fans because you decided to back up your friend.

Also Chuck had a heart condition a while back if I remember correctly. In addition to possibly being targeted if he stood with Vic, it's likely he doesn't want to put himself under similar strain due to a possible complication that may arise.

Casey Agreed to not file ANTI-SLAPP before both depositions are complete. To clarify.

This is what Vic Wanted.

Hopefully we get a verified source that this is not actually the case. The guy who went for the trial sounds like too much of a fanboy to fully trust. Sounds like he might just want to impress Nick and get recognition but let's wait and see. Nick most likely double sourced with Ty or someone from BHBH.

That was fast.

3 pages. General denials. This lawyer's seemingly less of a sperg than Casey.

But Ms Marchi, I thought you didn't get the papers?

Also I really want Nick's take on this, I mean how do you claim not malice or defamation after her infamous 'Balls' tweet?

The problem is they are going to claim Hyperbole for the Balls tweet but it would only apply for the first two sentences, the 3rd sentence would still count as Malice and in my opinion significantly less Hyperbolic
