Terez is just dumb and uninformed, because she doesn't know that the GFM money is being funneled into a kind of account where this grifting method wouldn't be possible. Her highest achievement probably being a subreddit mod, she might not be able to understand that a lawyer that's easily capable of making 5 times the amount they're campaigning for wouldn't exert genuine effort and risk their licenses for some quick cash, even if the money wasn't going into an IOLTA.

I'm going to be generous and say I doubt it's Casey's strategy; Ron thinks that he can make the case go away by attempting to discredit it in the public sphere, because he's just that special.

Well with other lawyers just focusing only on the POS comment also, with the type of Networking that lawyers have, in the back in the mind maybe Casey knows.....

Even if it is his strategy, I'm not sure what he thinks it will achieve, unless he's trying to get other lawyers to file amicus briefs on behalf of his client. Or maybe poison the jury pool.

Yea not sure either, the lawyer Shane retweeted seems to think BHBH should give up their practice just because of that one statement out of 400+. And the guy knows its 400+, because he mentions a Rekieta tweet stating such, about how "Anime" got in his twitter feed when it was really Shanes retweet that got him in the crosshairs.

Why is an IP lawyer from TN commenting on one line from a defamation case in TX? I guess they're getting desparate and need anyone and anything to help muddy the waters some more. Shame he wont comment on the other 399 tweets and only mentions them in passing.

I sure hope not. French skirted so close to being decent but in the end he just would not commit to being entertaining and instead tried to keep everything as straight laced as possible. Which means any major case that involved major internet or political drama was overlooked. He also refused to pick sides too. Hence boring. Would prefer boring to woke though.

Jesus, she's sad to look at. Others would have moved on from this long ago, and given up by how things went on KC. But she's like the resentful ex that Vic didn't know he had. It's ""almost"" sympathy worthy if she wasn't this pathetic every time she texted something.

Leonard French is a leftie but he's not SJW-woke. He covered YA BOI ZACK's lawsuit before (1, 2) and even backed Jawbreakers in support. I don't think he'll cover Vic Mignogna's lawsuit until something interesting to normies comes up during the trial.

Also, he owns guns and defeated a tranny in the Imagos lawsuit.
