I beg your pardon but I would imagine that, if not for the limits of time and money, that is exactly what Ty Beard would like to do: make Ron Boye explain each and every one of his messages in a forum where he's not allowed to simply get away with "I won't tell, the truth will come out soon, though!"

And I mean that literally: I think Ty would thoroughly enjoy, on a personal level, going through every one of 400 tweets with Toye to give him that much of a plank to throw himself off of at the end of it... if only to see the face of a truly broken man afterward.

Burning down companies would have consequences. Who is going to hire a guy who burned down the last company he worked for?

Burning down rabble-rousers like Marzgurl and other negative influencers would be useful.

All the more reason to wipe them out. If there's no industry for him to go back to, might as well get whatever he can to set himself up for potential lack of employment. But whose to say that no one would hire him?

I can understand Ty, because he has a vested interest in this (not to mention, he's pretty damn loyal to his clients, if Vic is the standard bearer of what we've witnessed so far). I'm talking about the judge, and if they're not total buffoons, opposing counsel.

I think it can make an impact, because the sheer volume of all of this nonsense piling up during discovery can have two impacts: no one wants to sit through hours after hours of powerpoint slide material and inquire what the defendants meant by every single Tweet they made. Second, it becomes more and more difficult to disprove malice when it continues to happen. These people should've stopped the moment they received service papers (well, it should've never happened to begin with, but eh, spergs will be spergs). Most importantly, they should have lawyered up, as Rackets had suggested, back then.

Where the ongoing stuff gets nasty is post jury. The jury may not be able to hear any of this. But the Judge sure as shit can. It wll factor into damages. "Is your client still tweeting?"
