I bet her "not a sweater" is because her sweat glands can't keep up.
When someone stretches their skin out, it's not like more sweat glands grow as well. So 600lb Amber has the same number of sweat glands as if she were 100lbs. That's a lot of surface area to cover.

Yeeeeah, so Big Al willingly accompanied the Thumb to an "appointment" only to sit in an unAC'd car for 2ish hours? Nah. And what sort of "appointment" might this be? Not therapy; 45 minutes and out you go. Bit long for a regular doctor appt. too. Social services? Now, that could be a winner. And there was definitely a restaurant involved in there somewhere...

"2.5 hours in the car" = 30 mins to the "appointment" + 45 mins waiting for Becky + 1 min to the restaurant + 20 mins to Wammart for some post-meal snacks + 20 minutes to Baskin Robbins + 30 minutes to go back home. (Where she celebrated her amazing adult achievement of answering a phone call by eating 2 ramens, a Dove chocolate bar, 2 bags of Cheetos and a tub of ice cream with milk.)

I reviewed their menu Here and this is a different restaurant from the place she ordered the Papa Mexicana from. They must have a Mexican restaurant closer to home.

I am just so mystified by her weigh-ins... So, she's only 7 pounds heavier than she was in January??? She copped to binging every day for a while and that she was "gaining every day," but this was during a time, that much like now, she was supposedly maintaining in the 560-570 range...
But we have so much footage to look at and she looks SO MUCH BIGGER!
If she's faked weigh-ins all year, does she think one day she'll magically be a weight she's been putting out there?
I actually don't know if I think she's faking the weigh-ins, because then why miss so many of them?
I am just baffled by how she looks vs. what her scale has been saying for months.

If she needs to squeeze herself into the backseat then I really don't think she should be going anywhere, even to a doctor's appointment. That sounds crazy but hear me out. What if they get into a car accident and the EMTs are obligated to pry her mammoth body out of there? I don't wish that on anyone.

EMTs wouldn't be obligated to do it. They'd need to bring in a crew that routinely deals with heavy rescue and towing to actually do it safetly.
Remember at her size, the car under normal conditions might break and cause catastrophic accidents. Add in any actual problems, and trying to remove her could lead to fuel spill and fire etc. She'd be stuck in there until an expert crew arrived used to move damaged semis and get the cargo out intact from mangled wrecks. Of this I am not joking.
Yet hamber doesn't care if their car blew a tire and was wedged some where, she's so fat that removing her requires a specialist team normally used for train wrecks etc due to enviromental hazard concerns. Rofl.

If/when she has an emergency and the EMTs are called, only to tell her they'll have to crane lift and U-haul her ass off of Pillow Mountain she'd still, at the earliest convenience, vlog about something stupid like how the ambulances in Kentucky are just smaller than ones everywhere else and it's definitely not her fault because she's not the size of an obese baby elephant, gorls!
