Does Cohen even practice in Texas? Also, what makes Ty's approach different or worse than Casey's here? Neither of them brought this shit before a judge, and Casey is the one who's holding discovery hostage, despite explicitly saying in court that they want the names public? The judge so far has only expressed frustration as to being brought in at all over petty discovery issues.

Also, didn't Ty go to the fucking judge about the confidentiality order in the first place? And what the fuck is a motion to compel if not trying to get the court to sort out a confidentiality issue? Didn't Ty schedule a hearing about this shit.

I'll admit I'm not a lawyer, but good God Cohen, get your head out of your ass and at least follow this shit before making pandering statements for good boy points.

My bet is that Michele Specht ist going to come out with her own Vic story. After all, she apparently has a hate boner for Vic. (Which is not that surprising, since he cheated on her a bunch. Nobody likes being cheated on) Liked a lot of kick vic stuff since the beginning of the year, some pretty extreme stuff, too, just like AWL's post calling him a rapist.
She was probably truthful in the i09 article about the infidelity coming as a surprise to her, but even if she is still angry at Vic over it she probably might think better of trying to lie about it.
She claimed it was a shock, and yet this was what she said to Neil Piggyback-Rape Kaplan on Feb 1st, when this shit was only a week or two old.

Pretty bizarre to say your mind and heart are LIGHTER after supposedly being blindsided at allegations of rape and pedophilia against the man you were with for a decade.

Congratulations, Brian. And it only took four months for her to do so. That doesn't change the fact that she changed details of what happened that day in that room.

Also, these people have no idea what a "witness" is, apparently. All Dahlin can confirm/deny is whether Vic and Rial were in the same room of not, and/or whether Rial stormed out of the room or stayed in the bed. That being said, it's interesting that Dahlin hasn't said anything about it. His Twitter account only said this after all of this happened:

He seems like a mixed bag based on what he might say about the incident. He has complimented Rial before.

That being said, he has showed off his conservative politics on the internet. And he even retweeted Thomas Sowell, holy shit. So, who knows.

So as I understand it we can have a difference of opinion, but when the

Actually and I'm glad ya'll are talking about this, (Yes I live in Texas and in Terrant county to boot) but in the hearing, if you read the transcript, when the judge begins grilling about the confidentiality issue, as I read it, and I could be wrong, but Casey reverses his answers in the affirmative to the judges. He was arguing against the confidentiality, then Jim Bullock makes his point and from that point on when the judge begins weighing in as I read it, he was going against his very own tactic. (Nicks show 1:52.36) where he is offering a solution which....is a confidentiality Order. My only concern is that once Vic is deposed this week Funimation or Marchi will try a TCPA motion, I don't know if that would slap a stay that would again shut vic down before Mon and Ron soye get deposed. Why is casey so damned insistent at a deposition first.

One cryptic tweet compared to the dozens or even hundreds of overt tweets from the other players in all of this? Has she come up in any of the discord leaks or information that's come out regarding the tomfoolery these goons have been trying to pull?

Let's apply the same logic we would to Vic in that if there were really good evidence for something, it likely would have come out by now.

MoRon and Co. have REEEEE'd all over twitter at the mere suggestion that any evidence whatsoever be provided. We get that often it's a "he said, she said...." situation in these cases, but these idiots won't provide anything but a changing story. We aren't expecting 4k video evidence of a claimed sexual assault, but you need to provide SOMETHING. Especially after all the bold claims that were made.
Exactly, back up the outrage with facts, if that was true and they had a DAMN good reason for keeping quiet it, I want Vic to suffer. But, that's not the case here.

I'll say two things about this man:

1) He's wrong about Bezos. Blue Origin has their heavy lift rocket, New Glenn, in development as we speak, with the engines tested last year. They're planning their first launch in 2021 and have several launch contracts signed. That will make three private companies conducting regular orbital flights by 2021. Virgin, incidentally, plans to use their WhiteKnight carrier to launch small rockets to orbit. The man clearly hasn't researched the topic. Space nerdery ends.

2) He's definitely not an ideological ally of Rial et al, but is merely polite in public about the people he interacts with in his professional life. I doubt they would call him as a witness for their side, but you can bet Ty would love to get his affidavit.

I dunno if it's just me being shit at searching stuff here, but has BHBH's motion to compel been archived here in the farms? I'd like to take a closer look at it but can't find it anywhere.

It's pretty interesting how Beth claims she talked with 25+ people about Vic, had so much information she had to 'cut' those pesky interviews who said nice things about him and most of his own interview, and still had to cite Monica three times and pretend her info came from three different people just to pad out the article with any actual content.

I certainly hope that worthless lying whore of a hack has to ask some pointed questions under oath about her "journalistic" methods.

The retard probably didn't even read the transcript. The judge agreed with Bullock and Ty on many issues, like sealing the case and asking Ron to shut the fuck up, because "a lot of people would like that" and "that's how every case should be", even offering to be present during the deposition to declare confidentiality on a case by case basis.

Hang on. Does Cohen think Ty is the one complaining about the documents being misdesignated? Jesus christ man, read the filings, then read them again so you don't look like an idiot when commenting.

Did he seriously do that? No wonder what he said made no fucking sense at all.

If he did do that, it shows that he bases the garbage he's saying entirely on who he thinks is saying it.

it's simpler than that.

he's a kickvic cuckold and butt buddy. he's going to vouch for them even if it kills his career because he needs some form of sexual stimulae even if its in the form of watching monica cry about the case.

That seems to be what Lakas is suggesting in his reply, that Casey was the one bringing up the Rule 11 and misdesignation in the emails and responses. This is why you don't trust drive-by lawyers. They don't bother spending the time to actually read the filings.
