I don't think they're going to be admissable at trial but they are probably acceptable at the outset to show a triable issue of fact. I just seriously doubt there's the kind of overwhelming showing that would be capable of knocking out a prima facie defamation case. People will actually have to show up and testify for that.

All Vic really has to do not to get the case dismissed is basically say "all of that is bullshit." Or even "this thing and that thing are true but so what?"

Looks like another HAM radio operator. Also, gonna pull a doubt.jpg on that tweet. Also, that's a greybeard, you can tell by the obvious grey in the facial hair and the fact that he uses Linux. Gonna take a stab in the dark and say that he uses either Arch Linux or Gentoo, but it's possible that it's something he cooked up for himself.

Can't wait to see these fucks cross examined by Ty and co. and then cry about it after willingly bringing themselves into the case, because you know for a fact that's what will happen if, by the grace of God, their affidavits are admitted. That said, I seriously doubt that these affidavits are 1) written properly and 2) contain a significant enough amount of both testimony and material evidence of these events to actually bring anything they say into consideration in the case. I highly doubt their admissibility, just based on everything I've seen from these folks before.
