TLDR; The crazy ass lady's former teacher got caught on pedophile and molestation charges and not only was she okay that 13 year old boys had been diddled, she was jealous that it was them and not her, and looking back on it, all her rape fantasies started coming back to her. Oh, and some other dude she knows molested his daughters and she couldn't believe it until proof came in. Where have I heard this before?

Let's be accurate. She acknowledges the victimhood of the people this guy molested. What she's saying is that she once had an attraction to him as a schoolgirl, and is now in a confusing spot because she still has that attraction to him (and also she knew the guy). Coupled with this is some comparative analysis of pederasty in Ancient Greece and commentary about the age of consent laws and how they, being morally right (and you guys know how I feel about age of consent laws in the States) were a deterring factor in attempting any funny business with the guy, but that she wasn't a child at age 13 despite not yet being an adult (implying that there's a significant difference between age 12 and age 13...?).
She's really not advocating for pedophilia or defending it... I'm pretty sure.
Really, the big crime here is 1) saying any of this, and then 2) being as low-quality as Terez.

That's actually an interesting procedural issue. Does it stop all discovery? Does it stop only discovery performed by the party against whom it's filed and the one who filed it? Or is it more flexible than that?
And does the exception apply strictly to discovery related to the TCPA itself? And if so, can the stay exception apply to a party who is seeking discovery despite having no pending TCPA motion of their own?
And even if it is somehow related to the discovery, how much discovery is enough? How much discovery is too much?
Part of the whole point of the TCPA is to protect parties from having to undergo the burden and expense of frivolous litigation, but discovery is a lot of that expense, and that's why the TCPA even has an immediate stay provision.
The law hasn't answered all these questions adequately, which means these parties may be responsible for generously helping it out with any precedents that end up set about them in this case. Oh joy, for everyone involved.

I donated to said GFM, because I took what I read about in good faith that it was meant for the defense of someone I was convinced was innocent of the smears leveled at his career, and I donated in the full expectation I was not being lied to, and I still don't believe I was lied to.
Unless they got proof I was scammed (and I don't believe they do), this is bullshit as someone who wanted Vic, innocent or guilty, to have a day in court to let a court of law decide whether his career was unfairly tainted or not.
