Sometimes I wish Russhole would get his wish and the news would cover his story, just so Russ will see its not going to help him one iota. In fact, getting his "story" out to the masses will make his life worse. There is nothing relatable or sympathetic about his story. In fact, his "plights" are absolutely ridiculous and full of entitlement. If he thinks the "cyberbullying" is bad, just wait until normal, everyday people on the street start giving him shit for being a delusional, mentally ill halfwit and creep. Just wait until he can't go to work without everyone ridiculing him for harassing women, stalking women, and being such a loser that he can't get laid unless he pays for it. People in Utah tend to be decent, honest, hard working folks and definitely aren't going to support his desire to legalize brothels in Utah.

But the reporters are doing the smart thing by not humoring him and his bullshit, not even to be polite. Because if they did humor him and give him his stupid article, that would just be the beginning. He would never let them be and would constantly harp on them to do another piece on his "plights". Then when the article only succeeds in making his life worse, he will blame the reporter and the media company that work for everyone and their dog making fun of him on the street. Because obviously there is nothing wrong with Russhole and it's the stupid fricking reporter that's to blame for everyone on the street making fun of him and his delusions.

His first Taylor Swift lawsuit got picked up by a couple of news organizations according to his book, and they (correctly) made him look like a crazy person. Russ, however, is stupid enough to believe that it wouldn't happen exactly the same way this time.

I hope you’re prepared, @Null.

If prostitution were decriminalized, the sex workers could organize their own working conditions, and most importantly in my opinion, reject potential clients as they saw fit. Russ is against decriminalization because of this fact.

A brief look behind the narcissism curtain. Russ simultaneously sees himself as the studly, cool young guy (oh yeah that suit? It's cos he totally works in an office; he's practically a lawyer, you know) - and at the same time is clearly conscious of the fact women will not willingly have sex with him. Often, not even if he pays them.

He can bring up "muh dishability opresshun" as much as he likes; I'm convinced part of him is truly aware he's an unlikable, unloveable nonentity in his own right.

I think this is what amuses me so much about Russ, the doublethink he maintains 24/7 in his lumpy head.

Knowing Russ, I imagine this has to do with a case seeking the closure and perhaps ban of brothels

Yep.

Rebekah Charleston spent 10 years as a sex slave and was behind a lawsuit to ban brothels.

Russ, like Reason magazine and all those "sex worker" pages he likes, denies human trafficking exists.

So it's looking like he's going to try suing her or at least her legal team for the crime of being frivolous aka threatening his hooker supply.

And if that is indeed the case, he's once again a warrior for nothing other than his own selfish desires.

This is probably what he used that boilerplate thing he was asking about, against the advice of an actual judge on Quora.

You are a dirty person. In just about every sense. That reporter must have had a big laugh with their colleagues in the newsroom over this.
"Stone Cold Steve Austin silent on me." If anyone here is a fan of attitude era pro wrestling they know this makes no goddamn sense. However it inspired this:

Every time I think Russ has reached Maximum Asshole Levels, he surpasses them. Him doing this is gross on so many levels.

I don't know about this woman. She has a history that seems to contradict her story.

lol what the fuck even is this source

Half the argument in it is “she had a criminal past, therefore she COULDN’T have been trafficked! Also she was real slutty when she was 17!”

Then it ends with “even if she’s telling the truth, it totally didn’t happen in OUR local brothels, not that I’m biased on these facts!”

It's not that she had a criminal record but rather she had multiple bank accounts, a cell phone and a restaurant around the time she is claiming she was being trafficked. That's a lot of freedom and she had like 600 K in cash. It would indicate she was a willing participant and was getting a lot of money (which her pimp should have been taking.)

Criminalizing prostitution puts sex workers at more risk imo and that's what this woman is trying to do - so I can question her story especially with her not presenting any evidence to back up her story.

Plus, her story takes place mostly in Texas where prostitution is already criminalized which didn't seem to help.

Whatever, this is unrelated. Get back on Russ. I think sex work should be criminalized for just him.

Most of the crimes happened Texas is the point, during the time period she claims to have been trafficked, meaning she wasn't in Nevada and certainly not at Hof's Love Ranch, which he didn't own until after she got out of prison for her multiple crimes in Texas.

She also owned the pizza place in Texas and didn't go to Nevada until later, where if I understand correctly she was a stripper first, then a prostitute, and had multiple bank accounts under false names for fraud reasons.

EDIT: A detail I fucked up on, whoops.

Fucking hell I don't want to even come close to white knighting Rusty here, but this woman is possibly as batshit as he is...

Charleston said she was trafficked by two pimps from 1999 through 2009. For a short period, roughly four to eight weeks, she said, one of her pimps had her work in the Dennis Hof-owned Love Ranch North and then the Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothels, both in Lyon County.

Charleston, who is 37, said she doesn’t remember exactly when she worked in the brothels — she hopes that’s revealed in the course of the lawsuit — but she guesses it might have been in 2004 or 2005.

Charleston said her pimps were never criminally prosecuted for trafficking her.

Her suit alleges that her pimp sent her to the brothels as a “form of punishment” and that she was “not permitted to turn down a sex buyer.” Later, the suit states, her pimp moved her to Las Vegas “for greater profits in the illegal sex trade.”

“Prostitution is inherently gender-based violence, and there is no way to perform prostitution in a safe way,” said Charleston, who says her pimps beat her. “The term ‘sex work’ is a euphemism that makes it sound like something it’s not,” she said.

Charleston is represented by Reno attorney Jason Guinasso, who helped lead the unsuccessful campaigns last year to ban brothels in Lyon and Nye counties. Charleston said she and Guinasso decided to file the suit now because of the recent success of the #MeToo movement and because Hof posthumously won election to the state Legislature.

She doesn't even know when she was "trafficked" and can't manage to keep her story straight...taking bets that she's never been to Reno or ever met the Hof.

Let's not get sidetracked arguing over whether the alleged victim of sex trafficking was actually trafficked or not. I'm sure the facts will come out in the wash as the lawsuit progresses. We're overlooking the fact that Russhole is filing a motion to intervene as party defendant. He's literally trying to insert himself as a party in this lawsuit, by claiming his interest in being able to pay women to suck him his penis in Nevada (a state he doesn't even live in) is that important. He's already had another federal court tell him that there's no constitutional right to having him his penis sucked for money, but that's not stopping him.

Also, he wants to file a motion against Charleston's lawyer to have him punished for filing a frivolous lawsuit. Specifically, he thinks a lawsuit involving alleged human trafficking is frivlous and doesn't deserve to be heard. Russell Greer, the guy who has sued Taylor Swift twice because she wouldn't go on a date with him, sued Ariana Grande because she didn't compliment his suit, and sued a hooker because she wouldn't fuck him for free, thinks he has the moral standing to declare any lawsuit frivolous. NPD is a helluva drug.

Also, the court can impose sanctions against the filing party if it determines that the motion for sanctions was filed improperly. :optimistic:

Is his twitter gone? I know he keeps changing his name, but the account was still showing up when I used the name that was already in my searches. Has he concluded that a man who habitually harasses hookers to the point that they have to block him isn’t best placed to challenge legal proceedings designed to keep hookers safe? He can delete twitter but he can’t delete the stench of women hating that oozes out of every pore.

This guy is a fucking cow in his own right. He's of Rusty's ilk. You know how we have left wing nutjobs? Meet their counterpart.
