I think it’s a similar situation to Barb, with a crazy mom attempting to wrangle a tard son. My personal theory is that Miriam knows that her son is a creepy perverted sped, but is ashamed to admit it. So she’s been micromanaging, pushing the physical disability thing in the hope that the situation can be sorted without it coming out that she’s a bad mother with retard genes.

I'm a little unclear about what went down with JY's madukes at the hearing. Was she compromising his argument by stating to everyone that the reason he is acting the way he is is because of _______ issue in his brain?

Agreed, he is like the sovereign citizens who declare victory when the judge finds them guilty and clears the courtroom because the judge "vacated the place of battle" or some shit.
Anyone who has been in a position to listen to first-responder radio traffic (even if just with a scanner) will sometimes hear something curious when a call is dispatched along the lines of "Uh, EMS unit 41, are you familiar with this... subject?" followed by a long pause and, if the reply is negative... "ok, standby for a direct call." The dispatcher than calls the responding unit on the phone or using an encrypted radio channel to tell them "yo, this dude calls every other day, he's fucking nuts, watch your ass."
I imagine there is a note in the computer related to Johnny Boy's phone number and address to alert anytime he calls that there's something amiss with him.

If your genitals and whether they're male or female is one of the main parts of your case, you're going to have to put something in the evidentiary record about it. You don't have to drop trou in the courtroom and show the judge. The doctor who wrote him the nice note for SPARC probably is aware of the answer, and no additional examinations would be necessary for a doctor to sign off on the current downstairs configuration of Mr. Yaniv.
As soon as you start affirming facts into the record in your trial transcripts, if they seem really unusual or unlikely, people are likely to start asking you to prove them. If there's enough cause to think that he's intentionally misleading the tribunal with his contradictory testimony regarding his obvious male genitals, perjury might be one of the only ways to actually go after someone abusing the system like he is.
The committee's questions make them sound a bit naive, though. When a man in a tutu tells you that he can use a tampon, the correct followup is not "so you're saying you have a vagina and a period?" It's "what orifice, exactly, are you sticking it in?" Tampons are great fun for everyone if they've got a nosebleed or a nice defined bullet wound, so technically anyone can use them. But the only way it'd be relevant for the area where a waxer is working is if he's sticking it in his ass, a fact I'd love to see him attest to at the BCHRT hearings.

I suspect he is or will try to pretend that he's intersex, a hermaphrodite, or whatever other exceedingly rare condition he can claim to try and make it sound like he has an actual 'condition' instead of just being a troon that puts forth less effort than Chris Chan. Predictably he will do no research whatsoever and will have no understanding of the topic because he's a dummy.

Between the case being built on catfishing, Yaniv finding a way to bring his tampon fetish into things, and his mom freaking out in court and calling the paramedics, this is a goldmine of insanity. I’m really looking forward to the next installment.

I think it would still be better if Yaniv did win. This guy is so well documented, his interaction with every government institution or activist organisation is all there in detail online, not to mention his proven ability to get people kicked from Twitter.
If he wins he'll get more publicity, people will start to get angrier and angrier, the mainstream media at some point will have to report it. It'll do immense damage to Troon culture, and the groups that promote it, as well as demonstrating what a kangaroo court the tribunal is.
Look at what he's achieved so far, the women he's accusing have actually been able to secure legal representation, which apparently is a rarity for that tribunal. The Terfs who as a group have prior demonstrated a kind of stubborn stupidity when fighting troon culture, have started to get their act together and are actually managing to survive on Twitter and Facebook.
It'll be tough on the women involved granted, but that tribunal hands out bullshit judgments consistently. So they'll just be its most recent victims.
Yaniv is a liability to Troons everywhere, and we should be praying for his activism to continue.

After months of people telling Oger that Yaniv is a predator, Oger finally acknowledged that they were right in an article that condemns Yaniv's actions (though not without significant victim blaming that essentially states "I would have believed you sooner if you weren't such meanie heads"). After the article was released, Yaniv turned on Oger and started treating him likes he treats everyone else who's mean to him on Twitter, which probably made Oger more mad than then Yaniv being a predator. Apparently Yaniv is currently suing Oger for libel or something, I've forgotten where the proof of that is, and as such the relationship between them is currently cold and hostile.
I wish I shared your optimism, but from what I've seen problematic people from protected classes only ever seem to fail upwards. The mainstream media, more concerned with protecting the image of minority groups than the truth, tends to bury unflattering stories no matter how important they are, which shields the wrong-doers from the consequences of their actions.

At least three salons said yes: Jessica specifically crowed about the exemplary service from "Ally of Foxy Box"--that Tweet was pointed out to Meghan Murphy, who responded "yeah, that's him" and for that was thrown off Twitter. Another salon turned down all newcomers because they were short a waxer--who in this case was familiar with how to wax male areas. AFAIK, they weren't sued by JY.
Miriam Altmann-Yaniv has NO defense. She got him a condo in the Strata Hawthorne. She along with him sued her own Strata next door over an "East Indian" janitor who was using standard cleaning products in her building's elevator. And as of this week, even Jonathan Yaniv had to kick her out of his own BCHRT hearing because she wouldn't stop yelling at the tribunal judges.
From the December lolsuit (see page 51 for caps), she's even taking care of his dog--who's probably some "hypoallergenic" $2,000 designer mutt mix that she also paid for. I've met moms like this--they're all about showering their kid, their dog with "unconditional love" so they can get that back from them. It's a transaction, and as she's probably "retired" by now because she's literally psychotic, she has little money but tons of time, same as him to cosplay Psycho, the movie.
