That's not really that easy to do. If you think the State Boards for Attorney's are going to dismiss anything coming from an un-involved third party, lemme tell you about the Nursing Boards! If you have no direct connection to the nurse being reported they will tell you to Fuck Right Off! To report a Nurse you require some direct knowledge of the Nurse. Be an Employer such as a Hospital or Physician, a Patient/POA Patient Family of the treating Nurse, a treating Physician of that patient, Or the District Attorney's Office following a felony arrest on Drug or Homicide charges (and the Homicide would have to be a Patient, see; Angels of Death) . An out of state nurse pissed off at some imagined insult on twitter is more likely to find the matter forwarded to her own States Governing Board for their amusement. If it doesn't involve or threaten patient care No Fucks will be given.

This is not to say that there aren't "go directly to loss of license" things for a Nurse. Just as Lawyers can get quickly disbarred for fucking with client escrow accounts and IOLTA's, Nurses get popped for Drug Abuse. When your job is handling patient narcotics you cannot have a history of sampling the goods.
