You ravaged his ass rather mightily and he had to promise that to his 2nd ex-wife in the divorce. Now he's on the hook for his anal virginity.Tell me again what infringement happened?

Is anybody the least bit surprised Akiva's asshole is guilty of overreaching? You ravaged his ass rather mightily and he had to promise that to his 2nd ex-wife in the divorce. Now he's on the hook for his anal virginity.
IP lawyers are, for the most part, absolute trash from the gutter of the lowest, most unethical group of extortionists in all of law. Even credit card company lawyers shaking down people in Section 8 housing are better.
He, along with law twitter, have been relentlessly A-logging Nick Rekieta for the past month or two. They REALLY don’t like lawyers who don’t have Ken White’s personal blessing.
The conjecture I've seen in security quarters is various government agencies have infiltrated the network and route traffic, allowing them to see bunches of the routing data.
A man with a big nose pointed this out:
"Under 17 U.S.C. § 412, statutory damages are only available in the United States for works that were registered with the Copyright Office prior to infringement, or within three months of publication."
He's not registered the copyright and the alleged infringement has occurred, so either Akiva is incompetent as an IP attorney or was outright lying about his intent to get statutory damages. Without that, he has to show the alleged infringement caused him financial damages, either through direct damage or loss of profit.
i.e. retard alert
Akiva is admitting here that he only has these two applications BEING PROCESSED. How long does it take for the copyright process to complete?
It's already begun....

NONE. It is INCREDIBLY hard to prove. Look up cases of celebrities with millions and millions of dollars who sued for likeness of their image and how many were successful. Hint: Not very many.
I filed a copyright end of Jan I just got it a few days agoFor those playing along at home, only 2 images are in play at all here:

Akiva registered the copyright on the gif less than a month ago, due to another twitter spat.

The picture of his two youngest children was the only one included that was uploaded by Akiva less than 3 months ago.

So, in reality, he will likely not actually hold the copyright registrations for months. Tell me again how he proves this infringes his copyright and proves damages?
Well now you're in a pickle, because if you don't tell us what it is, then how can we infringe on it? #CheckmateAthiestsI filed a copyright end of Jan I just got it a few days ago
A lawyer with absolutely no clue how the law works. What will they think of next?
