My god man, one is in an insane, screaming conspiracy theorist who blames other people for coverups and the world's problems and the other is Alex Jones.

One may believe that they are actually spooked. The lack of chimping out on social media is a stark change from the usual, I would bet they honestly thought they would be safe behind internet anonymity. It's probably a good lesson for everyone,

We know that the Lemon Fuhrer, and probably MoRonica's entire legal team, watches NiKKKies streams, because the streams have been mentioned in motions. We know that Lemons gets angry pretty easily, from the depo footage. Rackets insulting Lemony is going to make him angry, and angry people make mistakes. This is a 4d chess attempt to troll MoRonica's legal team into screwing up their defense. It's already working, given that they're spending so much depo time going after a GoFundMe they can't possibly get their hands on.

I doubt they thought it was a good idea. They likely didn't have much choice. They were hellbent on getting Vic's deposition, and after Casey was forced to promise the judge that they wouldn't file a TCPA until after Ron and Monica were deposed, they had a choice between "don't despose Vic" and "despose Vic, but Ron and Monica also get deposed". Ron and Monica's lawyers couldn't file their TCPA between depositions without royally pissing off the judge. For that matter depending on the exacter wording the judge might still be miffed if they filed a TCPA before Vic was deposed. Funimation and Marchi's lawyers likely didn't want to risk pissing off the judge either, especially if it gave the impression that they were cooperating on their defense to that extent. They also likely were interested in hearing what Vic, Ron and Monica had to say before filing their TCPA. Annoying the judge by filing the TCPA at a time most favorable to Moronica, only to have Ron or Monica throw them under the bus later would be pretty bad.
So with all that it came down to relying on Ron and Monica to decide whether to depose Vic, but at the cost of Ron and Monica being deposed, or avoid Ron and Monica being deposed, but at the cost of Vic not being deposed and the judge being slightly annoyed. They chose the first one, despite it being a horrible idea without having a confidentiality agreement in place.

Vic's deposition bought in a lot of new people. Nick had close to 12,000 viewers each night. The GoFundMe has also seen an uptick in donations. It's up to $223,000 now.

There is a person in ljmontello's thread who came here after watching Vic get questioned about Kiwi Farms and hearing the name Lynn Hunt. She posted that she attended the Tekko convention and that Lynn had harassed and bullied her for years.

I wouldn't be surprised at all. One thing I've noticed about Chads is if they get turned down it doesn't faze them at all. They just move right on to the next candidate. They're not like betas who have to work their courage up to ask and are then devastated when told no. To a Chad, a no just means it's time to quit wasting time and find another one for the night.

Good thing the manga and all versions of anime are finished, then, and the author doesn't seem to have any intention to go back to her masterpiece. And trying to re-dub both FMA seems like such a waste of time and money, tbh, that if Failmation has even 1% of the intelligence they were supposed to have (and they don't), they will not even touch it.
