This is truly a harrowing tale. I just can't believe Kamehacon doesn't give a shit about the safety of their staffers, customers, and guests...

drunkenly meandered into a Bounding into Comics article saying Rial's story is consistent. Atleast 20 comments in a row asking what the writer was smoking followed. Just random internet randos it seems. Outside of PULL and whales/stragglers on twitter, the spin isn't working. When you actually see Monica/Ron in the deposition hot seat, it's hard not to see that somethings up. Vic's depo was smooth, even with Lemoine or whatever pulling stuff out of his ass, and compared to most lawsuits, the court of public opinion is actually being affected by actual court proceedings/recordings. It's not looking good for the defendants atm. Like, at all.

It is an attempt to criminalize normal male sexual behavior so thots can immediately declare any sexually successful man a witch.

Soyfags and some poor souls struck with the tism who have no idea how normal sexual escalation is done support destroying their competition and hope that if they white knight hard enough that girl that still won't fuck them maybe will one day. In addition, the rise of rampant autism in the US makes it difficult to explain to the spergs who are also soyfags how flirting and sexual escalation work. They don't understand the role non verbal communication and non-literal communcation plays.

Courts in Texas have been extremely strict about enforcing the TCPA deadlines, even throwing out a TCPA dismissal because the judge had held the hearing late.

This wasn't a filing deadline, but the appeals court essentially ruled that the judge acting on the TCPA late caused it to be denied by operation of law, no matter what the judge himself may have thought about that. These deadlines are not optional and are likely to be construed strictly.

I'm not sure the deadline for filing will be construed as strictly, but if the defendants want to fuck around with it, they're playing with fire.
