T. Greg Doucette says that Ron and Monica have filed their TCPA motion. It's 490 pages. He's working on uploading it for everyone. edit: (or just the exhibits alone are 490 pages)

With this douchebag's online behavior and propensity to spend all day on Twitter, I would rather have my sore asshole represent me in court than him.

He looks like a fucking cartoon character and his repeated attempts to get attention to feed his ego while piggybacking off kickvic are so fucking transparent it's pathetic.

This dude doesn't give a shit about anyone but himself and it shows. People will rip on Nick for being the way he is, but how often does he actually try talking to people or show compassion and people just keep attacking. It's almost pointless to engage.

So his responses are appropriate when dealing with disingenuous and blindly malicious internet commentators. I'd feel bad for the defendants for being so mislead if they didn't continue bleating on Twitter.

Punishment's comin, folks! And then, maybe, the redemption. But that's up to all these bastards to decide. Neither Vic nor anyone else can do it for them.

Maybe I've misunderstood something. but aren't TCPA motions supposed to just be a "yeah, I shouldn't be involved in this at all" and not require 490 FUCKING PAGES to explain?
Generally yeah, a TCPA/Anti-SLAPP motion is basically supposed to just say "this is free/protected speech, fuck off with this lawsuit" and then it shifts to the plaintiff to provide evidence that the suit is not a waste of time. This is baffling, and I'm waiting with bated breath to see what they decide to put in as evidence.

Why would you need 490 pages of exhibits to show the facial deficiency of a 14 page complaint? If it were actually facially deficient, you would just need to point it out.

They are attempting to try their case in the TCPA motion, guaranteed. It doesn’t work that way.

It seems like a superlawyer tactic. My guess is that they are more interested in convincing their clients that their motion will be surefire due to the length of the damn thing, rather than making a serious effort to convince a judge of anything. Moronica probably fell for that hook line and sinker.

Motherfuckers are gonna cite the thesaurus and encyclopedia entries for rapist, sexual assaulter, pedophile, cuckoldry, and mean tweets.

Quality > Quantity young grasshopper.

anyone here suspect that part of the 490 pages is a print out of the PULL thread?
Speaking of which, I posted this in the PULL thread but a PULL girl is looking to sue Vic for dream rape

It's almost like the petition was more sufficient than Lawtwittertm let on.
Edit: Is it possible that they added the affidavits and have a narrative for each separate accusation that they're presenting?

They're pulling the old "No one is actually going to read 500 pages" trick, which is as juvenile and as effective as it sounds when there's a motion to compel and several sanctions over their head like a Sword of Damocles, and the only reason that sword hasn't dropped was Funi's TCPA, which the other defendants blew more holes in than swiss cheese.

They're going to have to actually have a hearing in front of the judge explaining everything in one go, both the TCPA and the Motion to Compel being ruled on by the same guy. And it'll be after Funi's TCPA, where if they don't succeed (there a chance still), they'll definitely go nuclear and torch everyone else as part of a settlement.
