The only way to fix it is to eliminate the person doing the shit. It will take higher ups to basically put their foot down.

3131 McKinney Avenue is a huge office block blob that has god knows how many companies inside it, including a resources company, a virtual office space company, another law firm etc. Nick could easily stroll through the foyer, or even up to the same floor Wick Phillips is on and nobody would bat an eyelid.

FA from Kawaii Con Faisal Ahmed, the guy who hated Vic and knew he was a creep for a decade but needed this brave woman to help tell him in 2019.
I don't know if they're connected. She's never tweeted at him as far as I could find. Faisal also mentioned her in his own affidavit along with a few others so this isn't some new revelation.

It's the mob mentality that they are afraid of. All it takes is someone to rally a mob of angry people and then direct that concentrated anger at something to destroy it. These days it's insanely easy to do that now that we have things like twitter and facebook as we're clearly seeing with this whole witch hunt against Vic.
I think it was found out a while back, idk where in the thread, but these 2 girls were found be to very likely to be them.

For those asking, yes the twins have been doxxed already. Their names were discovered via lip reading by some especially autistic talented kiwis. One of the twins freaked out and placed her twitter on lockdown. The other doesn't give a flying fuck about it.

KV is VERY good at making you forget that not every VA is on their side--the only reason it seems like that is because the KV VAs howl the loudest and drown everyone else out. Nick put it best in the final part of Vic's deposition video: there isn't any benefit in harassing VAs for not standing up for Vic, because most VAs just want to do their job and go on with their lives without getting involved in online drama.

So probably the only "victim" so far that doesnt seem to have a clear bias or doesnt seem to have a connection with the defendants. At worst her allegation is that Vic called her "princess" the horror. Then when asked for a pic he hugged her and kissed her on the cheek with his sloppy wop lips like he does for his fans. How can vic think you are not a fan when you 1, asked him to sign some shit and 2, asked for a picture with him. Unlike the Con managers with arrest records, wife beaters, or burger flipping losers that we've come to know and love recently, Kelly isn't very interesting. She makes and sells plushies (stuffed animals) and other anime related sewing crafts through her website and at anime conventions. About the worst that could be said of Kelly is that she's 32 and still living at home with her parents.
So how do you track someone down when they don't own any property that they pay taxes on, haven't registered a business, or any of the other usual things that leave a public records trail? You go after the one thing that they do own, their domain name:

There are some earlier ones as well with additional parts of the house or the shorter fence in the back yard, but I don't think they're necessary. Also, a big thanks to special detective @CBBD for all his hard work in assisting me with this case.
So other than a few other interesting tweets (archive) that are just more of the same, is she a big fat liar, did Vic actually do what she claims that he did? Truthfully I don't know. Her Twitter was extensively searched with nary a mention of Vic up until January of this year and there's no reference to the event she describes on any of her social media.
So I went back to her affidavit for more clues. She gives us the time and location where this allegedly occurred, but I can't find her or anyone else mentioning at the time. In the grainy-ass photo of her text messages she does address a friend of hers as Kiba.
So naturally the next step was to determine whether or not Kiba has had anything to say about this. After a very extensive investigation, Kiba has not once mentioned the incident or anything related to this anywhere. She is a big fan of FMA and has professed strong Christian values so it's certainly understandable why she might be a big fan of Vic. Similarly, there is no record that Kelly actually mentioned this alleged incident to Kiba either, and there is a compelling argument that she never did either.
But just in case Kelly doesn't believe that we found her friend, here's a picture of them with Kiba driving. Kelly (Toboe) appears to be passed out in the back. The person in the passenger seat is another friend of theirs from when they all attended an art school that's since been shut down.

So why do I cast doubt on Kelly's story? First, if you look at her text message to her friend, she doesn't ask if her friend still has the pictures of Vic hugging and kissing her. She asks her friend if she still has the box that Vic signed. That leads me to believe that she never sent Kiba those pictures, or may not have even mentioned it to her.
But maybe she can still recover those pictures from her old laptop!

However, unlike so many other people who spout the kind of hate and vitriol that makes it easy to dismiss their claims, it doesn't exactly appear as though Kelly has a motive to lie about it either. Perhaps one could argue that she's simple heard too many rumors over the years and is misremembering an even or perhaps imagined it for some reason. She does think that Vic has had a bad reputation for quite a while.

Even the SJWs are turning on Marvel Comics. Sina Grace, a lispy queer if ever there was one, got given a job so Marvel could say they had a lispy queer on staff. Literally a token diversity hire.
Somehow around this time, they retconned Ice Man, a very heterosexual character, into Sina Grace with superpowers -- a very offensive stereotype of a sociopathic lispy queer. It bombed, because no one wants to read some flaming faggot pretend to be Iceman. They brought it back immediately because SJW comics never fail, they just become miniserieses. It bombed again.
Sina Grace apparently started demanding additional work from Marvel despite driving a property into the ground, as well as a special support staff just for him to push his books and fight twitter battles for him. He then apparently started going rogue and marketing the book without permission of Marvel, including leaking plot points and shit from several Marvel properties to draw attention towards himself (and his book, but mostly himself). So they clipped his wings and demanded he stop being so much of a Sina Grace.
After he sucked as much out of Marvel as he could and burned those bridges, he left and wrote up a huge tumblr blog post about how they wronged him.
The ex-Gawker and other SJW comics sites spread it around, which in any other industry would end Sina's career. Who knows what he's doing now. The Big 2 and Lesser 3 have lots of SJWs on staff thanks to years of entryism, so he's probably not hurting for work.
