It essentially gets both out of the way so that exceptional individuals like MoRonica can't keep postponing the case longer unless through appeals. It's mostly for convenience and making things flow faster and easier.

Chupp just wants to get as much done as possible in one stroke, no point picking different dates when plaintiff's counsel will be in front of him August 8th for another TCPA hearing. Which means just over 2 weeks before we find out if this crazy train continues or not. Really hoping Ty has some big aces up his sleeve because on face value it's only looking sorta good.

It's based on availability for all parties including Chupp, but final say is usually based on Chupps schedule.

TBQH, I never thought Renfamous was a man. I mean, I can see why people would say it, but it was pretty obvious to me that she was female even if vaguely masculine.

I have hated Lynn Hunt for the better part of year, and it was this face that was the focus of that hate:

In fact, I dropped a bunch of trans-bashing-based hate on her main Twitter page using Dissenter that I had to delete out of embarrassment when Kiwi Farms revealed that I was wrong about her sex.
