I honestly wonder if this is one of those situations where people should make some attempt to call Yaniv a she in the articles and more official stuff. I know, I know, this guy is a rage inducing HorrowCow but ya catch more flies with honey, than vinegar. I think more people that support trans people but are on the fence for this issue would be willing to listen.

I might have something Strata can use against them, surely recording your neighbors having a liaison in the front of the complex (WITH FACES SHOWN!) would be frowned upon when you then share it on your Facebook profile, right?

Not going to lie, I'm slightly disappointed this assortment is wasted on someone who doesn't seem to even understand the basics of sex.

Given that there is a history of showing sex toys to minors, JY has attended CSE which showcases a lot of different things in that industry and now this. Blech.

IDK how it works in Canada, but in the states, franchises are independently operated and contracts are written to push more liability toward the franchisee. The only way a Merle Norman suit would work is to assert that corporate itself was instituting a no-trans policy, which JY said himself was not the case.

ETA, got it. You need to take out the "mobile" from the twitter url for it to work. And, if you ever archive reddit, have your view set to old reddit or substitute "ceddit" for "reddit" and archive that.

IDK what an HOA could do about filming a public entrance from inside JY's unit. I'd say the neighbors should also get cams (they're pretty cheap) and aim them the same way to film JY/MY's public entrances and meltdowns, then just post the mp4s here.

The lawyer had to explain to him in court what a vulva was so he wouldn't know where to put or what to do with these toys anyway.

ETA: He maintains he has a vulva, but, erm, it's evident he doesn't know where it is. Comedy gold.

What kills me is when you ask for damages and they ask you to explain the reasoning for the amount, you’re supposed to say “well this incident has caused my client SUCH ANGUISH and emotional pain and impacted their ability to work etc etc.” you have to explain why you deserve the highest amount.

Yaniv just stands up and says, “I asked the bigger compny for a lot more cuz i figured I could get a lot more money from them.”

He really is the stupidest person alive.

He also just says, “what’s the most I can ask for? Hell let’s tack on another five thousand, why not.” Any sane person knows you’re supposed to present your amount like you did an iota of calculating and research and arrived at a number that fairly addresses your specific grievances. He could not make it more clear he just wants as much money as possible and isn’t pegging to any specific reason other than MUH FEELS. This is a cash grab of the highest order.
