Not only that, but he seems to be asking for people to be unbanned. Phil is looking into his requests on stream. He unbanned Infinite Cells but refused to unban Baby in the Chat because he was banned for "being an asshole".

The interesting thing about him looking into some of these bans and lifting them on stream is that he often says "I can't see why they were banned." This has happened several times during these live unbannings.
Phil has a fairly limited mod team now, most of whom have proven their 'loyalty' through gay ops to purge heretical mods, and Phil does so many manuals himself it called for an emote. So what exactly is going on that there are so many people who end up banned and Phil can't tell why?
It's almost like he gets ban-happy and can't control himself in the heat of the moment and will ban people for reasons that he later deems inconsequential or embarrassingly petty, or his mods are ban-happy and banning people for reasons that have nothing to do with Phil.
Phil is witnessing and basically admitting firsthand that his stream is ban-happy and poorly moderated. Just like all those times he has been accused of exactly that and denied it. As I'm sure he will continue to do.

His previous mod staff were known to google search newcomers to the stream to try to root out detractors. Those dudes are no longer on his staff. The current staff recognize there are detractors/trolls but so long as they follow the rules they let them stay. His chat is already like 80% troll memes at this point, and the only thing he can do is to pretend he approves of the memes with the lean in, bottle crunch, and sip emotes. So you can shit post and blend in more easily in today's DSP twitch chat, if you so choose.
The only one with a legit job that I know off the top of my head is PlanetJeff. He's an attorney or something, whose wife just died fairly recently, so he's got the life insurance money to dish out to DSP to feel better.
The rest? Tend to stand out as neet incels on government assistance. Saruwatari (when he was around), Sidella, Rob Warren, SuperBlindMan, Kekon, are all mix of neet / disability / govt check receivers who are happy to piss away their free dollars on Phil.
