This also means the plan Phil told his mother about rejoining the workforce would happen with Phil only having slightly more than a decade left to live.

The average life-expectancy hasn't been in the 60's since before you were born Phil, you nudnig. Why does he think his parents are about to die? Because they have some aches and pains? Neither of them has a disease or other life-threatening pathology (and you know he would be whoring that out constantly if they did) besides Phil's retardo-brain meme of 'OMG! 60 U guise! I feel really bad for him losing his wife, and I do hope he manages to move on in a healthy way. But what he is currently doing with his money and time is such a shame. He could have used that money and donated it to a cause his wife supported or believed in, or donated it to stop whatever caused her untimely death.
