They never showed him belittling her, threatening her, or isolating her in any way. And when Blake left, he just stood there and let her go, even though she ruined their mission by doing so.

But, Adam was wrong, therefore he must have been abusive to Blake for her to follow him.

It probably was Scott Barretto, his latest affidavit clarifies his role, and he's attested that he follows social media for mentions of Vic Mignognia and reads (among others) Anime News Network. Scott also wrote the Feb 11 tweets that Vic is suing Funimation over.
