Cheap Chinese MP3 players don't like long filenames so rename it to MEOW.MP3 before copying. They're also a bit limited in how much of the MP3 standard they support. Luckily this MP3 file is Stream #0:0: Audio: mp3, 44100 Hz, stereo, fltp, 128 kb/s. I.e. 128 kbps 44.1Khz sampling stereo, which is pretty widely supported.

Right after posting it he calls an ambulance then Miriam has a freakout in front of the building. I was also gloating earlier in the day about screwing his life over so maybe he saw that too?

Have you further thoughts as to what you're gonna do regarding RCMP and Telus? Telus *could* be a more cloaked process. Someone was saying you don't get Telus unless the ppl below you have it? He can still sperge but it would be mini-LOLworthy to have to hotspot LTE because he was missing his fiber cable access. He might have to go to Mommy's for that, thus spending less time in your building.

Could you also get in trouble for “hate speech” or misgendering since you’re in Canada? He could have a “friend” at the RCMP so I wouldn’t do anything that wasn’t totally anonymous.

I was gonna recommend getting an old ghetto blaster off craigslist and burn a CD that just loops the Meow Mix song over and over.

RCMP would make the most sense. I think any abuse report to Telus would definitely have to come from Null/KF. Also agree that loss of internet access would lower the entertainment value... although if home internet were cut, I'm sure he'd just go leech off the starbucks wifi across the street or chew through his mobile internet, yes?
