I admit it's a possibility that Epstein didn't actually commit suicide and this is a giant dog and pony show to distract everyone while he slips off and maybe gets a new face and goes back to diddling kids in a different part of the world, but I personally find that extremely unlikely. If someone were to go to all of that trouble to get him out of the frying pan to avoid the courtroom it would've just been easier to arrange a "suicide" to make sure he can never talk, ever. Even if you got him out and free he most likely knew things that could sink a lot of ships, so that's a whole lot of potential blackmail people wouldn't want walking around once their despicable behaviors were in the public eye and Epstein needed new funds to go along with his new identity. I'd bet that "honor among thieves" wouldn't really apply if everyone partaking in Epstein's services was somehow immediately publicly known as they'd barely hesitate in throwing each other in front of the incoming buses in an attempt to avoid prison.

Why do you assume it's the end? They can go after his madam, Ghislaine Maxwell and other affiliates next. Unless she commits suicide by jumping off a boat like her dad supposedly did. A Schuchardt Industries tribunal has already condemned him to death for pedophilia and it'll be a real hassle for them to redo all the paperwork. They spent ages in LaTeX trying to get legal symbols, Phoenician, Hebrew and diagrams with lots of lines to work. I think the verdict has literary and artistic merit even if it is factually challenged.

Can we just keep the old verdict? The Simpsons hasn't been good for about 20 years. The dude had messed up toes. Fuck him.

You know if I were in Epstein's shoes I would absolutely suicide just to have the entire world talk about me and throwing shade on the U.S justice system. You just know in history books this incident will have a massive asterisk over the "controversy over sudden death."

Not that I believe this bullshit actually occurred but you know.

If “they” are so powerful, then how/why did Epstein get arrested and charged in the first place?

Seems like it would have been a lot easier to bump off/fire a nosy prosecutor, than doing this kinda stunt?
