Obvious yes, but Luke should’ve a) done his research and b) not go to a surgeon where there’s be a fucking language barrier.
I doubt the language barrier was the primary issue here. Luke was looking for the cheapest possible surgeon - I'm sure even if he spoke fluent Spanish the guy would've just told him "Trust me, chin implants are fine, cash up front, no refunds".

Reactions: Angry New Ager
The Twitter thread there says that the Mexican doctor used implants as opposed to filing the jawbone, right? The complete opposite of what his patient wanted? This doctor is trolling for sure.
It looks like he did reduce Luke's lower jaw. But there's only so much of that a surgeon can do in one procedure, and Luke had a big, masculine lower jaw--no way was he going to come out looking completely feminine.

The implants I see are in his cheekbones, and the decision to put them in there was probably to counterbalance the heavy lower jaw and give the illusion that it's smaller than it is.

But I don't know what is going on with his chin. It was clearly lopsided when he was still in Mexico, in a way that obviously wasn't going to go away after a few weeks or months of healing, and I'd think he would have demanded a revision before going home. Did the surgeon put an implant in it that shifted? Because that shit's fucked up.

The cheekbones implants only serve to make his eye sockets more cavernous, hence the skeleton effect. One of the major sex difference between a male skull and a female skull is the brow ridge and socket shape; men have deeper, more pronounced supraorbital margins and brow. Adding implants that sink the eye further into the head just underlines that trait.

As for the chin... Here’s Luke just before surgery and after (tho second image is heavily filtered):

And here’s what a displaced chin implant can look like:

As we all knew it would.

The asymmetry must be killing him. It seriously looks like a slipping implant.

Wash your fucking hair.
I still can't get over the eyes. Just look at how far back the eyes are from the bridge of the nose! Does Luke have semi-shark vision where he can see to the sides but not perfectly straight ahead because the bridge of the nose stops his eyes from looking "inward"? My nose is kinda big and when I look at it the bridge can block the tiniest sliver at the edge of my sight, Luke can probably cross his eyes and fill his vision 100% with his own nose.

Damn, I actually feel sorry for him with that screwed up chin implant. Hopefully he can eventually find a doctor to at least fix that.

I'll actually buck the trend - I think if he actually learned makeup better and washed his hair, with what they did, he does pass better. But that chin... gah. It's so painfully glaring the second you see him.

So last I saw Luke was in Mexico, now he's back in America and immediately started a fight with his dad for refusing to cater to Luke's fetish. :story:

I thought his "biggest tell" was his voice so he needed to spend that $14,000+ on it, now it's his chin and Luke claimed his chin is now "normal for a woman"

Luke is now describing his family home in Wisconsin as NIGHT IN THE WOODS country.

Luke claims he would be "justified" if he left a bad review for the hotel and the hospital and tried to get people fired for him going to Mexico and not speaking the language. He apparently abused his "emergency call button" so much that they took it away from him.

Up to 535k tweets now, and his bio was changed to pure Twitter addicted drivel.

He needs to avoid that low selfie angle with the phone in his lap. Really accentuates the ballsack chin.

Yeah the more pics he posts of that chin, the more it’s clear something went wrong. It gave him a cleft for fuck’s sake, something generally considered a very masculine trait.

To be positive... the rhinoplasty looks good? Not feminized but well shaped. His pics are so doctored it’s hard to tell.

Yeah, I'd really love to see an x-ray or something, and see what they actually put in there. It's almost like they specifically added two distinct balls in that sack.

Unfortunately for Luke, every angle accentuates something manly. Even when he tries to feminise his photos digitally, he still ends up making the over-filtered result look masculine (although he does manage to erase the eye bags).

What could possibly go wrong with using z-type drugs on a daily basis?
