I've slimmed down enough to have protruding rib and hip bones, but my stomach won't flatten out unless I fast for at least 16 hours. Even then, it's not much. It's the only place where my body ever bothers to store fat. I'm wondering if setting up a serious routine with one of these will fix it.

Edit:
I went to the doctor today and found out I’m down to 125 pounds. I can’t brag about it irl without sounding like a dick so I’m saying it here. This feels good.
