Just made a few tiny changes: I changed the shading on some of the indents on the trash can to match the 3D lighting illusion and made the gloved hand on the Thinking emoji white instead of grey.

I'll check back in this thread a while from now and if no one has any other issues I'll give the vectors to Null.

the :feels:'s color should be a bit softer imo, with an a colored edge around it like the old rating, i would also prefer if agree/disagree looked like before without the circles, but that's mostly a personal preference. other than that it looks better!

-"Like" blue shade darkened a bit, because I noticed when small it had poor contrast.
-"Winner" edges rounded off like, 1px radius. Subtle, yet an improvement.
-"Semper fidelis" improved contrast of the eagle, increased saturation a bit; restored globe shine of v1, but dialed back just a bit to match the rest of the icons.
-"Autistic" rotated -30 degrees to match the original pixel art version, also changed the colors to resemble the pixel art version more, cause they were bugging me.
-"Feels" decreased saturation (that shade of pink really looked off) and added a subtle gradient to recreate the original pixel art version, without the outline.

These would be the changes I would suggest. Thoughts?

Maybe add a pacifier for some of the endlessly whinging kiwis? ;)

I'm glad these are getting updated, I thought of doing it meself but I rarely have time or focus to do that sheeit.
Also Deviant is a bunch of gross teeth? For years I misread the original image as some frilly girl panties. Now I wonder what the real origin of the grossman teef is.

Are the vector or SVG original versions of these available somewhere? The .ai file or whatever you worked in?

Just like to say that the new rating icons are a million times better than the old ones on mobile, because they display big enough for my big, fat, pudgy nerd fingers to actually press the one I want rather than me spastically mashing my screen and hoping for the best.

a little mockup of what i would want the agree/disagree ratings to look like

I made similar designs a while back and Null didn't like them. Looks like we think alike, though :)

I've made these changes for you.

The main feedback that people were giving was that they hated the gradients, unfortunately, so it's probably better to leave the colours flat.

So here's what we have so far:

My guess people were referring to excessive gradients/gradients that were not needed looked a little gaudy. Like and Dislike for example, they're iconography. So no need for grandients there. Winner and Semper fidelis, represent a real thing, medals, so my logic is that they should be shine a bit. Like the originals. Like Achievement, the Power level thing, and the trashcan, those have gradients too but don't look out of place, since they represent a real object too.

You've done an excellent job BTW at taking the feedback, and the main issues are already addressed. I'd be happy if these were the final; the other things are just minor nitpicks that come down to personal preference :) but if I had to say one more thing make the heart outline a bit thicker like Winner, since it's barely noticeable at a small size

I've added a subtle gradient to Feels and increased the thickness of the outline:

did null ever say why he doesn't like them? i feel like they were too thin personally, and the gradient didn't really suit them.
The icons he gave as a reference were these (I don't have a higher resolution, sorry):

And he also said that he liked the JoyPixels (formerly known as EmojiOne) artstyles.

So he has absolutely shit tier tastes in stickers then.
Eh, JoyPixel's is a mixed bag for me: some of their emojis look really good and some look awful. I don't think that they're bad overall, though.
The thing is though that they don't really have a single art style to copy.

There's stuff like this (which looks pretty nice IMO):
